Bakirkoy Tashan Business & Airport Hotel

The location is unbelievable. It's close to literally 'everything'. The single 3-beds we had appeared newer and the mattresses were very comfortable. The available instant coffee in the room tasted ?

Parking was not available as announced (which was a big stress factor for me, not allowing others to drive/valet which is not permitted with rental cars neither for instance). There was an obvious mold issue in the bath (a serious health issue really).

Price value. The staff is ok, location is OK. It's 5-10 minutes away from the metro or bus station. Near a full street of restaurants, cafes and shops.

The room is not clean, the bathroom has a shower that leaks a lot of water on the floor, need twice to ask for toilet paper, the room floor is dirty.I'm not absurd for this price but I'm not asking for a fancy room just one that is clean.

Great place for a transit stay, we used it for our last night in Istanbul, fairly close to Marmara Forum Shopping Mall. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Bathroom facilities worked well.

It is not clean! breakfastIs poor and terrible. Restaurant has a big menu, but only 2-3 dishes, rest is only in menu. Reception guy did not speak english. Door card needs programing after each use. Disaster! Bathroom with heavy smell, very dirty. Towels change on day 4 from 5.

The staff was very polite - the receptionist was very helpful with explaining to us all the options for sightseeing, shopping and eating around. The rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

The only minus is the poor menu for dinner.

simply horrible, any way I look at this unfortunate experience

Terrible location, unskilled staffWe made the reservation for business travel, asking from the beginning for invoice for companyWe had to loose 2 hours at the checkout with the reception staff to convince them that the invoice must be issued for our company, not to booking.com....The smell all over indicates an old, not renovated middle ages hotel. Dirty. Despite we did pay for breakfast we did not eat anything after seing "the offer". No way!!!We spent 1 hour on the small terace of the hotel, nobody asked if we need anything to drink or we've just decided to loose our time there...Worst experience ever!!!!!

Over 1 hour from the airport despite being an airport hotel

The bathroom was very good, a lot of hot water , clean big towels.The personnel is very polite and friendly. Heating is very strong and it is warm in the room.

The Internet connection was poor.Parking is quite difficult.There was cigarette smell.

I would like to single out Ms. Nuriya from the reception staff team who went out of her way to help us, make our stay comfortable and listen to our requests. She organized a breakfast on our checkout day earlier than their usual start time. Ms. Nuriya was extremely cooperative, courteous, friendly and warm.

The other reception staff besides Ms. Nuriya who were curt and not so polite. Hotel is dated, not exactly value for the price charged. Breakfast spread could be better. Rooms do not match the photos on the website exactly.

Nice stay at this hotel. Good location. Nice and helpful staff. Special thanks to Nuriya for her kindness and help. We will be back

very nice people, helped us with everything we needed. it is very quiet, no singing at 6am. air conditioner is supremely powerful and does not blow directly at us (wow). Kettle and fridge worked great!

Those are some very weird pillows here… they are completely fine, we slept great, but going to sleep was a hassle

my second time stay. The room I stayed in was renovated. I really liked the decoration. the staff is always smiling. It is one of the rare hotels where I stay very comfortable about cleaning.

I was really surprised, for the price the hotel is extremely good .Clean , safe and comfortable . I can highly recommend it to everyone.

All the reception staff were amazing. The breakfast was decent. The location, for my purposes, were perfect. The staff organised with medical staff to come to the hotel for my PCR test

My room was smelling so bad from cigarette smoke, it burnt my eyes. It seemed that it even poured in through the extractor fan in the bathroom. Even though it was winter, I had to keep the windows open. The other guests were extremely noisy, banging (not closing) their room doors till the early hours of the morning, having loud conversations. The decorative pillows and throw on the bed were dirty and running stains down the wall. The receptionist on duty at the time of checkout tried to handle it very kindly and professionally, but I was told I owe money, though I paid for everything. He wasn't sure what it was for. After a while he figured out that when checking in and paying for my stay the receptionist who was on duty didn't calculate the currency conversion correctly and therefore the outstanding amount.
