Location location location! The breakfast menu yummy! The staffing are kind, knowledgeable, and trying to help with whatever they can. Their outting packages are will done! Good job

I¿ll appreciate if they can renovate the bathrooms to high standard levels.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it¿s very clean and cozy. We love the stuff most, especially Fetullah and Yunus, these guys are super nice and responsive.

The hotel needs to train their staff about local traffic situation. Due to incorrect information about local traffic , we ended of delaying at Sabhia Gockan Airport and that’s leads us to buy a new ticket. Their staff told us that you will reach airport one time if you leave at 5:30 pm but it took 4 hours to reach and we left for airport at 5 pm. If they don’t have info they should let us know.Due to that we reached airport late and we ended with buying another ticket. So this needs to improved. Rest service is excellent And one more thing taxi service is crap there please be careful with hotel called taxi. They will ask you money in the kid way and if you deny they will divert your route and cause delay.

Breakfast was excellent, the best part of the hotel. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, getting taxis, taking bags to the room, exchanging money, providing directions, doing everything they can. The elevator is pretty cool, definitely the highlight of the hotel.The pool was OK, but it's pretty small, even by hotel standards, I'd say it's 8 yards by 4, but pretty deep, which is good. Definitely not for lap swimming and gets crowded if there are more than 3 people there. Rooms were clean and they give you a large bottle of water free, which was great.

Rooms and beds were tiny. It's been a while since I stayed in bed this small. In order to close the door to the bathroom, you have to step into the shower. That should give you an idea on how small rooms and bathrooms are. Pillows were hard and huge, I had to take the pillowcase off the pillow and put the decorative pillow in there to make it manageable. Overall, not terrible, but certainly not great.Sauna in the spa did not work all 3 days that we stayed there. Steam room was tiny and did not work either. The large hamam was a good experience, but one of the three faucets did not work. Showers in the spa did not work and had plumbing equipment stored there. Not sure if they are doing some renovations, but it seemed that no one is really taking care of it.

Location, Value for Money, Facilities, Breakfast and everything. Staff were friendly and helpful amazingly. It was within walking distance to the top Historical Istanbul landmarks.

The spa facility was very disappointing. I chose that hotel for the spa, and I couldn't use it. It's supposed to be open at 9 am for women, but the sauna and hammam were completely cold when I arrived. The place was deserted, no one to direct you on what to do. I left...

Very good location, the staff is enchanting, especially the young gentleman from the reception desk. We had a very early check-in request wich was fulfilled without any issues.Breakfast was great and for a long period of time.... 'till 10.30. The terrace was awesome! It offers a beautiful sight!

The only downside would be the fridge, wich , actually is only a cooler that doesn't really freeze at all.

My Room is jacuzzi room and jacuzzi is not working 3 days i m complaining about this 4th day they find out motor not working which is not fixable i ask for the compensation for jacuzzi room extra charges they said they cannot do i said why they said bcz its not fixable does not make any sence

location was superb. Even though it was a 10 minute to the nearest tram station, the location was a but more authentic with small local cafe, shops and stores. Breakfast was so so. All made to order food was extra charge.

Pool was extremely small and spa needed maintenance. Breakfast could have been a little better variety. No outdoor restaurant and bar.

The reception given to me a background for all activities in Istanbul. Cafe welcome.Quiet area.The room is huge.

Spa is closed .Breakfast is limited .The furniture is old .The view.

Breakfast was excellent, as well as the location and the staff. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that they have a parking space right in front of the hotel, while this is very hard for the old city of Istanbul.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed. Mine was too hard for me.

the bathroom was very small shower head fell of whilst showering not all staff speak good english limited vegan options for breakfast upon arrival the check in staff try to sell you tours, wasn't ideal when I arrived late in the evening and I just wanted to check in and go straight to the room. gym is very small the hotel feels very outdated

The hotel is old and needs improvements.The inside pool is very small and the robes provided for the spa area were old and torn.
