Cleanliness.

Denied me ¿no smoking room¿. Said they were all booked all of a sudden. English or Arabic understanding is minimal. Woke up smelling like an ash tray due to smoke smell. Wi-Fi was horrific to try to connect to. The night staff was least helpful.

I booked the room for another week after staying for 7 nights. It was a spacious place, and they cleaned the room everyday, it was great in that area! The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful; we loved their people. The coffee was nice :)

I'm a freelancer and Internet is a vital part of my living. The hotel's internet was super unreliable, very unstable, and barely went above 2-3 Mbps. That means you could send a WhatsApp message to arrive within 4-5 minutes. That was a huge bummer for me. and guess what, I'm a video editor and I work with GIGABYTES of media. I had to pay over $200 for the Turkcell internet and used my phone as a hotspot. The second problem was the water heater in the shower. It was like playing roulette, for one second it was warm and nice; then it was cold and annoying; then it was hot like hell. This instability of water temperature caused the both of us to get sick twice.

Its perfect for family stays, no need to squeeze in one bedroom hotels, here you have your own kitchen, washing machine etc so its 100 times better than hotel stay with hotel comfort everyday cleaning and dity up service is there, you can rent your car and everyday staff park it to the basement for you, perfect location, trully recommended!!

Actually Serenity Suits deserves higher score than the actual. It has to be measured according to the offered class.To start with that all descriptions and pictures demonstrated the actual situation, this is not a lux, but it was never claimed to be offered. When you visit the city for medical reason, and if you need to stay more in the room, indeed the size is important. For our purposes the location was very convenient, max 10 min by taxi or shuttle to hospital. The staff is very helpful and friendly - front desk and chamber ladies. Every day we had cleaning and towel changed. We liked also the room service and the food itself. No issues with communication. Parking lot in internal garage was great solution for us and we did not bother to use the car in heavy city traffic. Internet was also good. The noise insulation works and we have not been bothered by external noises. For whom it is interesting - on our small street about 300 m north, there is a good pharmacy store with helpful personnel - if you do not find something, they can order for you for same or next day. But there like 5-6 more pharmacies around - up to Fatih street.And we extended the initial 8 nights with one more to leave by car the city traffic on Sunday. It was a good decision.We have not tried fitness and spa.

The only issue we had was with the air conditioner, it was not fixed during our stay, the staff proposed to change the room, but as the weather changed to cool next days, we decided not to do the effort :). The kitchen absorbator was not working, or not connected, but we did not use it.

Staff was very polite

The stay was disappointing and not worth the money. The rooms we stayed in were in poor condition—there was a broken sofa with stains, torn and dirty curtains, and a leaking shower with rust in the bathrooms. The kitchen sink was in desperate need of renovation, and the balcony door handle fell apart with the slightest touch. Gym is dirty and equipment old, most of it not working. Additionally, this is not a peaceful location; the hotel is situated right on a busy main street, with constant, loud traffic disrupting any chance of relaxation.The staff was polite and apologetic when we raised concerns about the rooms, and the cleaning ladies were very kind.All in all, would not return.

I like the kindness of the staff and always willing to help. I like having a cleaner for my apartment everyday. I like that you had everything I needed for my two week stay.

The WiFi connection wasn’t great in my apartment it kept disconnecting while I was trying to work. I did get very frustrated with it at times. The food options for your guests was very limited, not many options for vegetarians like myself. Also the breakfast options are very limited.

The location is a little far away but that's not a problem.

We have been there several times and we are very satisfied with the facilities, the cleaning and the behavior of the staff. The staff is very nice and helpful, id like to thank them for helping my father who was in wheelchair.

They have underground parking garage, the room was spacious and very comfortable.

We stayed at Serenity Suites in Istanbul and everything was great. Our room was very clean, and they cleaned it every day. The staff was really polite and always helped us. We loved our family room, it was big and comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The suite and kitchenette sizeThe easy access to public transportation The neighborhood had a plemty of groceries and pharmacies, The property was not far from malls like mall of Istanbul, and outlet malls like 212, Starcity, and Venezia malls.

The bathroom was so smallThe shower was not strong. Showering was not convenient..The gym equipment was not working, broken. The gym needs complete renovation.

Staff were friendly & helpful.

The location of the hotel was not great, we booked it to attend the Champions League final as its relatively close to the Ataturk Olympic stadium, however its still a taxi ride away & not close to anything else, its definately not in a tourist part of the city. The location meant that we had to get taxi's everywhere & at least half of them try to rip you off. There is no bar at the hotel & nowhere local to purchase a drink (other than water) so be warned if you want to relax with a nice bottle of vino etc. There is a restaurant directly opposite the hotel which was acceptable, but this also does not serve alcohol. Breakfast in the hotel was circa £10.00 & very basic, bread rolls served in small plastic bags etc. Not sure if it was the hotel capitalising on the Champions League final or Booking.Com but the price we paid for 3 nights for 3 people was scandalous, over 3x what it normally is.

the location. it’s very far from all main attractions and the metro and with the traffic in istanbul it’s a nightmare to get around.

Best comfortable rooms in istanbul. Best hotel for business travellers. The staff are very courteous, friendly and helpful

There was nothing to dislike

The suites were clean and cleaning lady P was quite helpful and cleaned the suite every single day of our stay, changed bedsheet, Towels new slippers and shower gels and shampoo etc. The hotel staff were helpful and quick to respond to any questions about the hotel or istanbul. We loved the suite because it was also well equipped kitchen unit, washing machine excelllent workibg fridge freezer. We cant fault any of their service. We all enjoyed our stay as a family. Breakfast was also marvellous. ?.

room lights, tv cable give you the option for turkey channels for noy and no receiver to give you the option for nilesat and arabsat. electric wires and pipes seen in the ceiling . shower handle lose and weak water in bath room in general. continues bang noise heard even in the night though it stopped last 2days. balcony partition between 2 flats. other wise everything is ok.

We are staying at this hotel for the second time. The first time we were only with my husband, and now - the whole family. The staff is extremely responsive. The location is good. The hotel has private parking. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The rooms are large and spacious. I recommend Serenity Hotel!

Staff are very nice, location is good but far from metro, you need to have a car or ask for taxi, it is very close to 212 mall and mall of Istanbul, breakfast is almost the same plate everyday but in general i enjoyed with my family our stay for 7 days, i will come back for sure once be in Istanbul, i would like to thank everyone in the hotel who makes our stay very nice
