The location was near to the sea but very crowded because of the downstairs restaurant

The breakfast was the worse breakfast i have ever eatenThey bring you a plate with one slice of pepperoni And half of cucumber and tons of bread

A great place to stay in Beşiktaş, very near to the Beşiktaş ferry, from where you can go to the Asian side of Istanbul. You can walk to the Büyük Mecidiye Mosque, and the Dolmabahçe Palace is also within walking distance. A great collection of restaurants is downstairs. The staff was very kind and they placed our luggage till the night as our flight home was late at night. Love from Pakistan!

Nothing at all

The location was excellent. Perfect to reach everything that we needed to see and explore.

Our flight was in the evening and our check out time was originally scheduled for lunchtime. So we requested to keep the room for a few more hours and was a little disappointed to be charged a full day rate.

Honestly staff are very Friendly and helpful, very good Location, clean and comfortable rooms..

Not good. We didn’t expect a 5-star hotel but it should have been at least clean.

It was dirty. There was a lot of mould in the bathroom, in the shower and ceiling. The room smelt like smoke and pee. After complaining about this we got another room. A better one, but again with mould in the bathroom. This made the stay overall uncomfortable.

I did not like the treatment we received at the hotel.The first day we came tired, they treated us badly and they did not take into account that we were tired. The reception was not good.They wrote to us that they could facilitate a transport from the airport to the hotel for 55 euros, and then they wanted to charge us 60. I had to show the conversations we had had so that they would not charge us 60 euros. They demanded that the payment had to be cash only, and they never specified that. Finally, we left our mobile phone in transport and they charged us 500 Turkish liras for doing us the favor of returning it.

It was really far better than expected … a hotel with that money inside the city center literally near to everything you would ever want , whenever you need room cleaned its well cleaned , the breakfast is pretty good with a wonderful view , coming to the best part of the hotel which is the staff ,they were welcoming ,nice ,professional , they really do their job professionally and passionately , lastly i was worried from a previous review about the noisy room but that wasnt true for me ,my room was very well issulated from outer noises …..Next time to visit istanbul i hope they get their next star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean location, very good internet connection, perfect location and amazing service.

The location is nice, 5 min from Beshiktash seaside , 5 min to passage-boat(you can cross to asia part and islands), 25 min by walking to Ortakoy mosque. Near the hotelare lots cafe, restorans & pubs , which are work till late night, so you can walk around in safe way.Hotel staff are very friendly and helpfull , especially a man at reception.

The hotel is in the center of bishktask and near to the shopping and transport facility and Mr. Ali the reception man was so kind

Every thing was perfect

It is 5 minute walking distance to Besiktas pier, as well as pubs and bars if you fancy the night life.

Once I asked one of the staffs for a blankent and he told me you can turn off the aircon if you are cold, which was funny but not appropriate. The shower room wouldn’t drain the waste water properly which was kindda annoying.

Been staying at this hotel for a couple of years, very helpful staff & friendly environment. Highly recommend the place, the location is fantastic as well!

Location of the hotel is superb at the heart of Besiktas area, with the restaurants and shops around. The hotel is clean and tidy, with decent facilities with value for money. I'll definitely stay again in the hotel. And suggest others to choose as well.

A bit noisy because of the busy restaurant and night clubs neatby. Room facilities were decent but minimal, they could include some more toiletries, cabinet hangers, iron board etc in the room. make the windows double glazed for sound proofing.

Very good position. It is easy to reach the main touristic points and facilities (University, ferry Harbour , Sea-museum) of Besiktas. Breakfast is o.k.. The staff is of good level and friendly.

Smoking should be more controlled inside the hotel. Some equipment (TV) and furniture (shower) should be updated.

1. Check-in 24h. 2. Personal is nice and trying to solve your problem asap. 3. Logistics to the place via public transport is ok.

1. Photos seem to be taken about 10 years ago when the hotel was more or less new. Now you will have terrible mattresses, old dirty carpets, broken tables, and overall rooms which extremely need renovation. 2. Breakfast has nothing in common with the photos. All you will have as an option - just choose coffee (smth like americano ones, but which is that bad that you will hardly drink it) or Turkish tea. The food is served personally - a single plate with 1 egg, a few types of cheese, olives, and small pieces with butter, jam, and peanut pasta. And a basket with bread. 3. The location is on a very noisy street pedestrian street, full of drunk people in the evening/night time, so even do not try to open the window before sleep - cigarette smoke and noise will make your night time awful with an opened window. And definitely no fresh air.
