Yasmak Sultan Hotel

Rapid service, breakfast

Tiny room, terrible bed

Clean

Great location, lovely staff

Location location location!

Location was perfect.

Location to all important sites convenient. Great breakfast buffet nice pool and spa

Excellent breakfastSwimming pool

Confusing floorplan

Convenient to everything. The staff was very attentive and the breakfast buffet had a plethora of choices.

The hotel has everything, great rooftop restaurant, pool, spa, transport, etc.

In general we were satisfied, just the rooms are a bit smaller, but for shorter stay no problem at all.

Roof Restaurant, cleanliness, staff politeness, free tea and water

No free bathrobes, somewhere need fixes, bad sound isolation

Location, staff, cleanliness, tour availability

Perfect location right by the major historical sites and a short walk to the Galata bridge. There was also a very nice park nearby which was unexpected. There hotel itself was great. Rooms were comfortable and there is even an indoor pool and hot tub. The included breakfast was fantastic and served on the top floor of the hotel with a beautiful view. Highly recommended!

Located in a perfect location in walking distance of most of the attractions.Nice breakfast buffet.

A bit noisy

Excellent location, close to the main sites, tram, metro and ferries.Clean and comfortable rooms, and very helpful and friendly staff. Good views from the top floor restaurant and bar.

Smoking was allowed in the top floor bar. There weren't many smokers, and usually only late in the evening, but it made it uncomfortable for non-smokers.WiFi didn't work on 5th floor, but was good elsewhere.

The rooms are quite small but clean, breakfast very good with lots of options, beds are comfortable and the staff is nice and polite. Location is good as you are close to everything basically but it can be quite noisy in the room.

Swimming pool is not worth it, the water is quite cold, not very clean, there was a dead bug on the side of the pool and a couple of tiles were missing. Also you need a cap in order to enter the swimming pool which we did not know so we had to buy from there.

The staff was amazing, very welcoming. The location of the hotel was very good, the breakfast was delicious !

Probably the best breakfast buffet that I have met during my travels in Europe. Apart from the buffet at no extra cost specific breakfasts could be ordered individually cooked.Large comfortable bed with sitting areas. Very helpful staff in sorting out tram tokens and taxis. Taxis are cheaper booked through the hotel then just relying on the street flagging down. Hotel 50 metres from T1 tram line stop - trams every 4 minutes

Nothing !

Great location, room comfortable and everything in walking distance. Great variety for breakfast

Staff not terribly friendly, water in the pool a tad cold

The room was perfect and beautiful with magnificent view on the mosque. Also the staff were very helpful and nice.

Even though the wellness was perfect, it was little bit cold when you came out of the pool.

The location is always perfect, 5 minutes walk from Hagia Sofia on one side and Galata Bridge on the other. And plenty of restaurants around for the dinner. This time, the roof restaurant was open for breakfast, and both the view and breakfast itself are great.

Well, being three the room was not so large (the best room they have are larger, but with sofas that cannot be moved, so no room for a third bed).
