Very friendly and welcoming staff at a good value rate. The property felt more like a home stay than a hotel. The location is good and the local street is fabulous. Everyone in the neighborhood made us feel welcome. Also, an excellent Turkish breakfast.

The breakfast area is a bit small, but that gives guests a chance to meet and talk. Not really a negative thing.

We rented the apartment for 4 in unique hotel. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room in which there are two separate beds, as well as a table at which you can eat a small meal, a basic kitchenette with a gas stove, as well as a bathroom with a shower. In short, if you are looking for accommodation at a reasonable price, this is definitely recommended as it is very good value for money. The charming hotel owner is present almost 24/7 and always willing to help you with any questions.Finally, don't forget the breakfast which is always tiptop.

From the appartment, you should not expect stunning views.

A nice little hotel in the heart of Istanbul, great location, service as well, and the owner Bayram is a really wonderful and kind person. The hotel will soon be renovated which will make it a wonderful place to stay in Istanbul.

It is located close to Taxim but you don't hear any noise at the same time. The rooms are huge to compare with other hotels of the same price range. And what is very important if you travel not in summer - the rooms are well heated. The hotel management is very helpful and friendly. I saw the comments about the towels but I didn't see any problems, ours' were totally fine. Internet was working good as well

Staff specially Hasan, Bayram and Benyamin that every time are friendly and helpfull.Location that is near to taksim and public transportation.Size and light of the room.

It is better to fold the towels in the plastic cover.Buffet breakfast is better than serving cheese, butter, honey, sausages, french fries and egg to everyone. Improvement of the quality of the slipers and toilet papers is recommended.

No breakfast facility, little far from main taksim , if uou are young no problem but if you have family its a short walk

I didn’t like anything!

The hotel and the staff was so super bad. Unbelievable bad. Not what I expected because I paid so much money. Picture of the hotel from what is real there are so far and so different. The behaviour of staff was so rude. So much noisy place and not secure at all. I even lost so many money there. The reception guy stole it. I had very very bad experience me and my family there.

The location was just 5 min. walk to Taksim Square and a very lively place to roam around with a lot of restaurants and eateries close by, to select from. It was very close to metro and bus stations. The hotel staff were considerate and allowed us to use the oven in their kitchen when we requested.

There was no room heater in the room. So the kids struggled a bit with the cold. The room was comparatively smaller for a family of 4. If you are travelling with kids, you have to select the room carefully. The room was good enough for a couple.We struggled with the chef who couldn't speak English and also was a bit unfriendly at times when we requested for something during the breakfast. This might be probably due to the language, but she could be advised to be more polite with the guests.

Hotels location is right in the center of taksim area. Even in lockdown it has food stalls and restaurants open available for dine in. The owner is extremely helpful was assisting us for all 3 days with whatever questions we had. We did Sapanca tour through him and it was great! Would recomend and stay here again

Perhaps a bit more choice for breakfast but other than that it was great!!! Amazing value for money

The hotel is cosy, warm and clean. It felt like home. Walking distance from taksim square and metro station. Hassan is a super host. He was always available to help and instruct. He welcomed us with breakfast earlier than the check in time, and even offered another room for our comfort. He can arrange anything you admire.We will definitely come back to this hotel.

The staff is v. Supportive and helpfull. The location is great. Room size is gd compared to others in istanbul. Bathrooms need some improvements, but ist clean. For the money u paid, thats the maximum u can get.
