Cartoon Hotel

Bad realy bad

Room the heat is too much and I ask them to fix it but they ignore me

I like how welcoming they are and how close it is for anywhere

Its a bit old and they weren’t very accurate with the room, i requested queen size room single person but received a room with huge bed & single bed on the side , also the cleaning staff are very talkative in the hall way and you can’t sleep in @ morning

Great location - staff- breakfast

Obligatory central heating

Staff are nice and very friendly and helpful

Elevator small and not enough for people

They were really kind. They offered us the free breakfast and they gave us a basket of fruits in our room. The location was really good.

There is a mosque near the property and at the 6 on the morning they played call to prayer (Izan) really loudly. But it wasn’t the hotel’s problem actually. Maybe you will need to bring a earbuds

Clean friendly and kind staff and well location

1 - Location is excellent. short walk to Taksim square and Istiqlal street and close to many transportation, food joints and cafes.2 - Room space was OK, yet an air condition in one of the rooms was not working as expected.3 - Staff are nice and helpful and supportive for any questions.4 - We were offered free breakfast during our stay although our booking was based on bed only.5 - Internet connection in the room was good.

1 - Elevator is a nightmare specially at breakfast time when there is high traffic. only 2 very small elevators are available that serve the entire hotel and waiting time can be extreme.2 - Sound isolation in the rooms is not good. you can hear the foot steps of anyone walking outside the room and of course you can hear people talking outside the room or infront of the elevator.

The location is great, the staff especially Tayfur and Musa are very helpful and fun. The room was overlooking the Taksim square and Mosque.

Sounds of vehicles and windows crackling

Specious room, good location

Cleaning wasn’t the best

The hotel location is very good, near Taksim Square. Internet speed is good.

The hotel rooms were very hot; the ACs are not working properly, and I was there in July. One of the 2 rooms I booked was full of ants, and my little son got stung multiple times, leading to applying treatment for the inflamed parts.Room service is not accepted at all; the rooms didn't get cleaned properly, and the glasses were not clean. Also, the refilling of tea and coffee was not done every day.The hotel itself is old; the floors are not straight and are full of ups and downs.

Perfect location, staff is very helpful and friendly everything was amazing, they even upgraded the room without extra charge

Excellent staff. Clean.good location

Breakfast needs variety. Road to hotel is narrow

We felt lucky and good to choose our stay at Cartoon Hotel. They value their guests, focus on assisting in every aspect, their location is perfect and it was very clean.

Right in the heart of a beautiful city! We liked staying in such central place and our room was clean and well organized. Breakfast was good but could be more options as well :') but considering their hospitality, it was great in general.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel located in the most gorgeous part of the city. Both the staff at the front desk, the people who helped us with breakfast and the people who cleaned our room were friendly. The lobby is very pleasant to spend time, have drink, some conversations, rest or work.

It's a stunningly beautiful hotel. From behavior of the employees to their smiles, it felt good. Its location at the most central point of the city made our trips easier. There are different transportation options near hotel. Breakfast is delicious and fresh. Elevator helped us carrying our luggages easily too.

Very comfortable, clean, cozy and central hotel room. We enjoyed staying at Cartoon Hotel and left the place happily.

Beautiful and clean hotel rooms in an amazing, central area! Everything went well and they helped when we had little problems. We felt comfortable and good with their hospitality and kindness.

+Right in beautiful central neighborhood. Great spot!+Clean room that has nice smell and comfortable beds and pillows+High speed internet worked without any problem.+No noise at nights or daytime so good rest and nap during either day time and night time.

-Breakfast variety could be better as an advice but wasn't a big deal as it was delicious.

Cartoon Hotel provided amazing vacation opportunity with kindness and positive vibes. Everyone does their work happily and it was cool to receive such service. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean and fine as well. Thank you!
