Very Nice HotelThanks for the Amazing StaffSpecially for ( Eylul, Soydan & Emran)

The nice view of the Taksim square at their restaurants.I would like to thanks to their professional receptionists includes:- Soyden - Eylül- Muhmmet - Eylül- Hüseym - Emrah

Its location and it was convenient. Its price

The mattress was not comfortable at all. Room Cleaning was not good.

I had a warm welcoming by the reception people and especially Ms Eylul was very kind and helpful. Even though I arrived earlier than check in time, they helped me for early check in. They are doing a perfect job to make you feel comfortable. Hotel location is perfect and I had a beautiful room with a little Bosphorus view. Breakfast hall is on the top floor with a great view of the city. They also have a nice rooftop restaurant with local food.

Nothing much, it was a comfortable stay.

The location is great near to taksim square and estiklal street

The breakfast is good but not excellent

Excellent location and room service. Rooms with windows and good lightening in the rooms.

Everything! Especially reception staff who are very supportive and friendly. Big thanks to Mohamet, Eylul And Emrah.

Excellent stay in the heart of TaksimVery nice property, perfectly located in the center of Taksim Square. All types of transportation are easily accessible nearby, which makes moving around Istanbul very convenient.A special thanks to the staff — Emrah, Muhammad, and Mehmet — they are extremely humble, friendly, and supportive. They go out of their way to help and can arrange everything you need, which really makes the stay comfortable and stress-free.The restaurant has a beautiful rooftop view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the city atmosphere.Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an excellent location in Istanbul.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, and I would like to give special thanks to the amazing staff for their kindness and professionalism.Muhommet, Emroh, Soyden, Seva, and Yusuf made my stay very comfortable and memorable.Thank you all for the great hospitality — I will definitely come back again.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Everything was great specially the breakfast also the staff were so friendly. The reception guy named Sefa gave us a better room than what we booked. He is a nice person.

The cleaness could be better. The towels seem too old.

- Location perfect- Service good- The staff friendly, and special thanks for the employee (Sefa) ?

- A/C sometimes switch off and the room will be hot- Nothing else

The staff was wonderful and the room was clean especially Mehmat and Hussain they helped us a lot and the receptionist girl was very kind and welcoming

The reception staff is very helpful Specially miss Eylol and Mr Mohammed Thanks

Very small beds

Everything was perfect. The staff were so polite and friendly, especially Sefa. I loved the location. It was closed to everywhere. The breakfast was great. There was one lady for cleaning the room, she was so kind and energetic. The rooms were clean. Also, there was one young boy who carried our bags; he was so supportive. I loved the breakfast. All in all, I am deeply sad that I hadn't discovered it before.
