The location it was good but traffic is terrible.

The Rooms it was so small

Clean and cozy and the location perfect one minute to Istiklal street, the spa in very nice and also the staff are helpful

I recently stayed at this hotel again, and honestly, it never disappoints. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are great, and the staff is absolutely perfect, so kind, helpful, and always welcoming. This was my second time here; last time I stayed in the Deluxe room, and this time I tried another room. Both were excellent.The facilities are amazing too. There’s a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and everything is kept super clean and comfortable. And the location… don’t even get me started. It’s one hell of a spot, just behind Istiklal street, close to everything you need, and truly beautiful.I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

The location was great and the hotel appearance was very good! The pool was 1,50m deep, and we enjoyed it a lot. There was the spa with massage available. The rooms were very clean and the workers were very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was simple, and the pool was very deep for an intertainment area.

Poor breakfast and didn’t take it Old rooms, whole place needs an update.Lack of hot water.TV didn’t work.

The location is amazing, 2 minutes walk from Istiklal Street where all the magic happens, and just a few minutes walk from Galata and Galataport... let's not forget to mention the breath-taking view from the Terrace. The staff is so kind, and I would give a special THANKS to Yildirim who supported us with nice spots to visit and accommodated all logistics for our comfort during our stay.

The rooms may be small for certain people's likings, but still; the beds are comfy, the hotel is in a nice neighborhood close to numerous amenities, and the staff is really helpful and kind.

Nice hotel with good location close to everything you would need. Definitely a good base if you are going to be out and about more, overall clean and tidy, staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing I would say is some of the pillows and sheets were stained which was a bit off putting. Sleep quality was good, quiet hotel apart from traffic outside beeping all the time but it’s not too loud depending on your room. The value for money is great. And overall a nice stay and good room size!
