Deluxe room was spacious compared to standard which was so small, not enough space even for standard

Clean and big room , taxi can reach quickly, good place near to taksem and metro also near to supermarket and other restaurants

When going to Taksim , there is a slope that make walking a bit difficult but it’s ok taksim still near the hotel

The breakfast was average. No wide variety of options. Omelet is served for extra charge. The hotel’s staff are polite and helpful. Its location is close to the taksim main square- a 5 minute walk.

The hotel didn’t react to the complaints regarding the wifi being so slow and the kettle not working and instead they ignored.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff's limited English proficiency made communication challenging. Additionally, we had issues with the room service, including:- Inadequate water supply (had to request extra bottles multiple times)- Poor housekeeping (didn't replace dirty cups)- Tea and coffee supplies weren't refilled when used- The tea maker was dirty and when I requested a replacement, it was also dirty

The Hotel is in good place, near to all services, and the shopping areas, the most important is its the cheapest in compare to the surrounding hotels and the services is good , staff are very cooperative and smiling faces

This hotel is more than wonderful and very suitable, it is always my favorite choice during my trips to Istanbul, cleanliness, arrangement, comfort and everything new inside the room and the air conditioning is great, the breakfast is varied and delicious, but the reception staff is one of the finest people I have dealt with and I thank them all for their constant smile and speed of response, especially thanks to Miss Sahar, all respect

I stayed at this hotel with my family and had several disappointing experiences. The hotel charged me 80 USD for a dirty bedsheet, which is unreasonable — such charges should not be imposed just because the sheet became dirty during our stay. The location is close to the metro, but not family-friendly since the path is through heavy traffic with no walking pavement, making it unsafe. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned, which added to the frustration. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for families.

The night shift staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the team in the breakfast area was equally commendable. Additionally, it’s only a 5-6 minute walk to Taksim Square and the metro station, making it extremely convenient.

One staff member during the morning shift was consistently rude and unhelpful. Additionally, there was a strong odor in one of the rooms, which necessitated a room change.

The hotel servises very bad and no cleaning they keep everything ihave complain with no luck all staff angry idont know why toilet very bad and horrible smell no egg in breakfast only limited varieties

The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, and the location is perfect—close to everything, including shops, restaurants, and attractions. The service is excellent, and every detail seems thoughtfully taken care of. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

We stayed for 5 nights. Rooms are well noise-isolated. Breakfast was good. Of course someone could struggle with variations after 2 days, but for me it's ok
