This Hotel is hardly deserve 2 stars only. Please reclassify it

It's not a bad location

Too many problems with the bath, smell, and TV

Morning reception man,

Location because of steep route that you have walk up and down when you go to taksim, some towels were torn up, toilets are in sort of poor condition

My stay at the Montana Hera Hotel in Istanbul was an utterly unacceptable and deeply disappointing experience marked by severe hygiene and management failures. The problems began immediately; on the very first night, my son developed a significant body rash, which I strongly believe was caused by unclean bed sheets that clearly had hair on them. Beyond the linens, the entire room was neglected, not having been properly cleaned or hovered, but the bathroom was in a miserable state: the toilet was dirty, the shower was broken, and the sink drawer was also broken. Compounding the issue, water constantly pooled near the drain due to a clear drainage problem. Service was equally non-existent, as the dinner included in our package was unavailable. More critically, when I attempted to complain about the missing meal on the first night, and again the next morning regarding the overall abysmal condition, no manager was available to speak with me on either occasion. The complete failure to provide basic standards of cleanliness and the utter inability to contact any form of management makes me strongly doubt this hotel has any oversight whatsoever.

Worst experience of my life. My son developed body rash.Stay away from this hotel.

The staff was polite and the location

It was super dirty. Especially the bedsheets and the towels made it unacceptable. and also not taken care of. Sometimes it was like everything was falling apart

There are some friendly staff there but the issue is some of the rooms . When we got there the shower door was broken and also the toilet flush broken and the flush was fixed and broke again, the fridge was also leaking. The room standards were good for the price we paid but the carpets outside the rooms were very dirty and need to be changed. We were changed room after complaining only to find the top wall filled with mould and then changed room again. The final room the shower door was broken and also mould around the shower but we stayed. I think the minimum of staying in a place is to be mould free regardless of the price we pay as this affects health. The breakfast was also not great.

Very polite staff, crystal clean bed linen, very tasty breakfast and very tasty and plentiful dinner, very close to Taksim square and Isteklal street. Many thanks to the hotel staff.

Breakfast was repetitive every day. It would be better if the breakfast menu changed at least every two days.In terms of location, I thought it was a closed environment.

I couldn't stay at the hotel because I had guests from Iran and had to rent another suite. I was only in the hotel for 3 out of 8 days and the rest were empty.

It was smelly and boring was bad holiday

2 dinners for 3 travellers, slow lifts, cigarette smell in room, broken hairdryer, bad WiFi, smelly chicken, tap water is bad, water for coffee at breakfast is bad, no milk for cereal, same food in the buffet, too much salt in the chips, they don’t want to give you dinner even if you pay, faulty shower, broken toilet ring, bad bed even they don’t care about customer

Toilets balcony was horrible doors wont close room not cleaned everyday

Hotel was nice and friendly staff.

The location was not that good,due to the hills.You have to go uphill and downhill everyday,not good for old people,only for youngs.

I love my room 504 highly recommended as it have the best view, it was looking more beautiful while rain, comfy bed, amazing breakfast, staff was super awesome i will go again n stay in this hotel, my family n i loved it so so much.

I did like how comfortable was the room and how easy was to get relaxed there. Breakfast was amazing and the staffs were so welcoming.

I didn't expect that there is not going to be a toothpaste in my room. I didn't really like the juices for breakfast, it was really cool but its taste was the problem.

Very Bad ecperiance over all.

rooms are uncomfortable and bad,brookin glass,small spaces of rooms.Brekfast standard very low,no staff members underdtand English.

only Mohamed at the reception who tried to help and did give us an upgrade but the facility it self and location where horrible .

everything !i have been using booking for all my trips in the last 10 years .this is the most worse hotel that I ever stayed in ever!

Good location and nice staff.

There was no any electricity plug beside bed. In the last day The toilet was not working…Elevator was out of order.They need to do a better maintenance.

It’s at a perfect location, the staff is amazing and very helpful. It feels safe and has a very convenient shop right infront of it which has everything that could be needed. The rooms are nice and cozy.

Bad

It wasn't clean Torn curtains , smelly room , mosquitoes in rooms, the television didn't work when said to reception they said they would fix it but never did , sofas had dirty stains on them had to use sheets to be able to sit , even though they changed the room for us but the new room was still had the same problem had mosquitoes couldn't sleep comfortably, and it wasn't clean , the toilet flush didn't work properly, bathtub wasn't really cleanWasn't really a nice hotel
