Friendly and helpfull staff. Decent breakfast

We liked the hotel overall. The staff is great - very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, and the breakfast was really good with plenty of options. The location is also convenient for getting around the city.

The main problem is the very poor sound isolation - you can hear almost everything from the neighboring rooms. While the location is good, the area doesn’t feel very safe after dark, though we personally didn’t experience any issues.

Staff is very friendly and nice. Comfy and glean rooms. Loved the terrace. Location is great. Free botteled water every day - loved it! Since now , the only hotel in Istanbul in which I came back to.

Wish they cleaned the floor and bathroom at least once in our 6 day stay. Although they changed the sheets on 2nd day (which I didn't find necessary). Breakfast could be better but its OK

Hotel was close to the tram station with easy access to the main touristic attractions. Also, just a few steps away from a street with many restaurants.

Just an observation: location was difficult to be accessed by shuttle mini vans. We had a few mini vans that needed to pick us up and they had to park somewhere else on other streets and walk to the hotel to let us know they were there.

It was great stay and experience staying at Bizim Otel. Great location very close to the Blue Mosque and many other historic locations. Many restaurants are in the venicity of the Otel.

Bizim is the best. We appreciate all the staff members for their great hospitality.

Great location near the city center. Good breakfast.

Very noisy neighborhood. You hear every steps and noises of the other rooms. Street is very noisy even in the night.

Breakfast in the morning was simple but had the essentials

Airconditioning in our room needed to be serviced would blow out hot air after 30-45 minutes. Needed to keep turning it on and off

Breakfast was great, and they cleaned the room every day, which was awesome. But when we arrived from the airport, the room was not ready, despite the fact that we had a conversation in the chat and mentioned 3 beds.Overall was good. We are happy.

I liked the early check-in, late check-out, and the very helpful staff.

The room was not comfortable, not soundproof, the WiFi was weak, and the air conditioner did not work properly at night.

Great location and staff, nice breakfast with multiple choices.

We did not liked the coffee, it was Nescafe. Other thing, all the doors in our room were very noisy (especially bathroom).

Thanks Bizim Hotel for accommodating my early check in and request for upper floor. Room service cleaning was done very well too.

Breakfast can get busy and you have to wait for others to finish to get a seat. But a few minutes wait - not really a big issue.

Location Excellent. All attractions within walking distance of hotel.Breakfast OK.staff super friendly and helpful.For single traveler very good.

The room is small but very good and comfortable

The best thing about this hotel was its location, from where you can reach many major tourist attractions by walking. Rooms are clean.

There is a running issue with Istanbul hotels, in terms that they always look much better in photos than in real life. There were several issues with this one. Beds are small and short and I'm not even that tall person. There was strange noise which was probably coming from electrical or plumbing installations in the bathroom, and it was annoying sound that would repeat every few minutes 24/7. If I didn't have earplugs, I wouldn't be able to sleep. There was also some work going on at the hotel, so the repairman was making noise after 10 pm and only stopped after we complained to the reception.Wi-fi was working poorly (and that's the understatement) and the breakfast was also low quality. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but there is much that could and should be improved in this property.

Very poor

Staff is cheating with accommodation, when you arrive they provide you with other room, not booked and paid one for. Even though they changed us room 2 times it was still not the one we paid for. Everything looks suspicious, they discuss you with their colleagues in Turkish, smiling and laughing. Per conditions breakfast begins at 7:30, whereas when you come at this time, it is half ready, staff still adding plates, making noise with cutlery, filling in coffee machine etc. that was my fist time in Turkey, I hope it is not typical for Turkey and Turkish people, but first experience was completely ruined.
