Breakfast was very poor

Everything was excellent. The room was very nicely decorated, the bed comfortable and I slept very well. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy. I would definitely stay here again.

Some noises from the street . Late night car driving . Breakfast fresh omelette would be excellent and need some more variety in breakfast menu .

Too much noise, windows are not noise proof, I had to change the room because of noise, but turn to worse when found out that the windows cannot be closed, The room air con. were operated by the reception, that was so Nieves

Room was tiny, hotel itself looked old and run down. Nothing like the pictures Disappointing stay, will not consider again.

The staff is very good and cooperative.

There is no room service and the breakfast is not so good.

Sheets are nor clean. Imagine to get dirty sheets on your bed. Awful. Also, the most disguating part was there is so much hair on the floor. Nobody cleans the room. And when I told them to clean it, nobody did. All in all, worst hotel I was in.

Customer service , cleaning, location to the local area also price wise was reasonable.

The only decent thing was the room itself, it’s relatively new and the view was nice. However, the price is absolutely ridiculous. The location is okay, 10 minutes from metro, but far from tourist attractions

The room was visibly dirty upon arrival, chunks of dirt on the carpet, hair on a mirror. The room was “cleaned” only 1 time in 4 days and by “cleaned” I mean they sloppily made up my bed and that’s it.Staff was unhelpful. The receptionist either barely spoke English or just didn’t care. No info about breakfast, SPA and services.No NFC-enabled terminal for payments.The breakfast was really dissatisfying and they stopped replenishing food by 9, so there was almost nothing from the main options left by that time. There is supposedly an option to get an omelette, which I only discovered on the last day, because, again, absolutely no information was given by the staff.

Breakfast Cleanliness Overall attitude of workers could be better. We have asked the cleaner to clean our room a lot of times. Rooms have never been cleaned and everytime we came back the no entry sticker would be turned around. Awful

Hotel meet my expectations for that price. Room was big and with nice bathroom. The staff were really friendly, especially Demet and Enes. Also staff at the breakfast were friendly. They will also prepare some special food for breakfast if you want. It was nice staying.

I love the location, surrounded with loads of leather and fur shop. Basically if you are in need of jackets that’s the place to go.

Stayed there for 4 days, the cleaning was not that good. Somehow need some supervision to check the rooms after cleaning. Sometimes the coffee and shower gels not refill.

Room was Clean. Shower and Bathroom were clean as well. The Staff were very very friendly and Respectful. Location was near the Olivium Shopping Center but a little bit far from the City Center. Though the Metro was 8 mins Walk from the Hotel which was Nice

The Varieties of the breakfast buffet was not that much. Though the quality of the food was great. But for 3 days, it was the same with minimum variations

Breakfast choices weren’t great. Hotel staff didn’t really clean the rooms when asked. Was there for 5 days and every time we asked for it to be cleaned it was never done

Staff not completely reliable. Shortly after my check-out, I move to another facility before leaving again. I recheck my luggage and realize that some shoes, also very expensive, are missing; having stayed at the same hotel all the time, I try to contact him again but unfortunately we don't understand each other so I decide to go back to the hotel to ask if they had found them.After asking the housekeeping staff and checking in person, the shoes were gone so someone well decided to steal them.Despite the incident I did not receive any further messages of apology or finding them so I highly recommend not booking at this property because you might not find personal items.
