The Place Hotel

The property was clean and staff were so polite. I would like to express my gratitude to Yusuf Can that welcomed me in the best way and always took care of whatever we needed.

All is good and clean .... and staff are very friendly ... Yusof is the best.

The staff were so polite and friendly, even with the breach of communication they were always smiling. I loved the countenance of CAN. Some I can’t remember but they were good.

To be honest it was stuffy at the hall way to the rooms. But was told they would be renovating. So hopefully that is resolved.

The apartment feels very comfortable, with nice zoning, and simple but looking good furniture

Soundproofing has to be better, specifically for the apartment doors.

The breakfast was beautiful

The staff could have been a bit more proactive. I had to ask about WiFi and breakfast time.

The staff very frindly, any thing we request the try to help even with drivers and taxis, even we asked for cooking units the provide to us, even they bring the breakfast to our room, water , tissues .

the location , its kindly not easy for taxi or cars to find out, its not suitable for elderly people because the hotel in a slope area , the furniture old for the Terrace room , TV small and has no netflix , the bed was not comfortable, when we arrived the elevator was not working so 2 nights we walk untill 5 floor , but they help us in carrying things, but in general the hotel good for couples or friends , we managed with them.

Breakfast was satisfying nevertheless it could be better if they could give the customer a bit of choice. The staff was very polite and helpful

we were supposed to be charged 488€ as booked and in the end my card was charged 503€! Why? nobody knows.. Wifi was not up to speed with the year 2023 with numerous disconnections, non stable connection and average to low speeds. I was confirmed parking and was in the end left parked in the street in front of other premises parking spaces.the shower was not pleasant. faucets detached and not firmly fixed, rusty table in the shower, cracked sink etc The place needs to improve in cleaning facilities. We don't know what is happening on the 5th floor but every night there was loud noises from people (having fun) at 12midnight, 3 in the morning and in general not helping a family with kids to have a pleasant night.

Its central location is a big advantage , the employees are definitely very caring , a small boutique hotel that does its job…

It is a small boutique business in the center of Istanbul, but everything is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, the cleanliness is at a high level, the staff is friendly, the transportation is easy...

Staffs are cooperative

Not clean and smells little nasty, matress are old worn out, not view, location on slope makes hard to walk around, breakfast below expected

Not suitable for family stay as well as long stay.

1- The locations is uncomfortable and full of slopes.2- The place is noisy at night +183- The overall cleaning level is very poor, and it is made by order.4- Bath towels are old and worn out.5- Old and worn furniture.6- The bed is not comfortable.7- The elevator is too narrow.

Actually I reserved for 11 nights but when we arrived we found it does not meet expectations and different from photo; so we stayed only for about 6 hrs that charged 123 € as they told us we have to check out at 11 am while we checked in at almost 4:30 am ? We were truly disappointed as we expect that there is a balcony to enjoy outdoor use but unfortunately it was closed and used by the hotel as a storage ?

The staff was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location is prime and close to all tourist attractions. The room had all facilities for a family of 4.

+Fast internet connection, many WiFi spots+Good location - especially for medical visit+Not on a busy street

-Must call for the breakfast every time, too much waiting for it (an hour), it's always the same and if you must/want eat something before 9:30 AM - it's almost impossible or you have to please the day before-Many empty kitchen cabinets - no knife or casserole (for making salad or boil eggs)-Only mirror is in the bathroom, where it's little bit dark

The staff is very helpful and friendly, provided privacy when I wanted it and help when I needed it. I could not ask for anything better. English speaking staff was very helpful to me as well. I would like to come back ❤️??

Excellent location, good attentive staff who tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.Spacious accomidation with good facilities overall.

The room we stayed at was next to the reception area which was a little noisier than expected. However the staff really tried to make sure the noise was kept to a minumum at night but couldn't do anything about other guests.The duplex suites are located next to the reception area with no balcony facilities as the bedroom is located below ground.We will stay here again but will book the top floor suite :)

Not worth it. If the internet was decent i could overlook the terrible staff but not the case.

A sign on the entrance door states that we should wear a mask. None of the reception staff and managers wear a mask ever. The managers overseeing the staff look like they just want you to leave. The internet is the worse - inactive in the lower level where my bed was and spotty at best on the main level. Receptionist dealing with internet bookings need to freshen up on what hospitality is and whether or not they should be working in this field -- this goes as well to most the receptions and managers there.

Great staff! Always ready to be of service! Huge apartment, very clean! Nice area walking distance to restaurants malls and supermarkets and just 10 minutes walk to the metro station.

not cleannot matched at all with the pictures in booking.comthe furniture very bad and not comfortable specially the the mattress the light system is very bad (low light ?)no follow up daily regarding to clean or submitting water and others its not recommended for family ??
