Sura Luxury Million & Spa

The location is perfect. Walking distance from Haiga Sofia, Blue mosque and Grand Bazaar.

The room wasn't very clean: stained carpet, curtains and bed bench.

Best locationGreat breakfastGreat contact via whatsapp

The room furniture was very old and the carpet was old too. The location is amazing. I will recommend a renovation of the hotel to maximize the investment.

The best thing in this hotel during our stay was of course the view directly to Sophia Hagia mosque. This was truly amazing. When you wake up with the view, go to sleep with the view and enjoy it daily. Also the location of the hotel is superb, a 2-3 minutes walk to Sophia Hagia Mosque. 5 minutes walk to Blue Mosque, 1 minute walk to Basilica Cistern, 2 tram stops until Galata Bridge or Grand Bazaar (or you can reach both destinations in 15-20 minutes by foot). Everything is so close and convenient. In the are the are many fine restaurants, even with the rooftop terraces with the view to mosques. The other good thing was personnel in the reception. Very helpful friendly and always with a smile. Would like to name Emre Atalay and Avhan. They suggested tours, restaurants, offered all possible services and took very good care. Even gave us better room with this view (see pictures). The restaurant area was also very nice. Rich variety of food for breakfast, very delicate and nice service, especially by lovely Ilkim. She was always with a smile, very attentive to our needs and requests, was super helpful and nice. So each morning we were greeted with her smile and had this positive energy burst throughout the day. Wifi was stable and strong, no issues there. Cleanliness and room service - no issues.

The only issue we had was sometimes too hot temperature in the room during the night. As something was not right with the AC. You could control it, but it was still blowing warm weather instead of cool. So, we were opening window, but during the night seagulls were very loud, so we had to close down the windows. But this was a minor issue, so it has not disturbed us.

The hotel's location is excellent, The reception staff are friendly and very helpful.

The breakfast \ restaurant staff were terrible, young, unexperienced and unprofessional. They were loud and not attentive at all. The breakfast buffet was average. There seemed to be a shortage of cutlery. The first cappuccino I received was ice cold and weak.We stayed there for 3 days, on the last day our shower and mirrors in the bathroom weren't cleaned.Overall, we were disappointed and felt that the hotel didn't meet our expectations.

Location is perfect

Cleanliness , towels were over used , the carpet of corridors not clean

This is not a 5 star. It’s at best a 3 star. Not clear why this is listed as a 5 star which allows it to charge high rates per night for very little value.

Old , AC did not work. Rooms are old and the breakfast is horrible. No where near what a 5 star should be.

Very close to all of the major tourist sights, the train ,and restaurants.

Amazing hotel, the staff were excellent and helpful. Location is the best point as walking distance from main attractionsThe hotel had an amazing outdoor sitting area that we used everyday.

The bed could have been less soft as I am used to orthopedic mattress

Location was perfect and staff was very friendly and helpful for any concerns you might have. No headaches throughout our stay.

Location and cooperative staff specially EREN at front desk and everyone at restaurant are very helpful.

There were many small flys at the breakfast menu items. Should have some controlling mechanism in place.

The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from all the main tourist attractions in Fatih, which makes exploring the city very easy and convenient. The cleanliness exceeded all expectations, and the rooms are extremely comfortable, giving you the warm feeling of being at home rather than just staying in a hotel. The service is outstanding, with great attention to detail from the moment you arrive. A very special thanks to Ayhan, who was exceptionally professional, kind, and always ready to help, making our stay truly unforgettable.

Very nice property and perfect location. Ayhan and Umut were very helpful

Pristine location, right in the heart of everything — just steps from Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Sultanahmet, and prime dining spots. Breakfast offered great variety, including multiple egg options. Staff were incredibly welcoming and supportive, with special thanks to Talha for his outstanding service. For arrival, best to call ahead so the hotel can arrange a buggy pickup, as it’s in a no-vehicle zone (car drop-off is less than a minute’s walk away). Highly recommended!

Location is perfect we wouldn’t anything better

The housekeeping knocked on our door though we had no disturb sign and asked us for a tip which was uncomfortable

Attentive staff. Very clean. Good location. Comfortable.

AC was inconsistent. Maintenance came three times. It would work for a few hours, then show error code. Bathroom towels were old and very worn

The location the cleaning, the staff very friendly and welcoming especially Mr. Avhan he was very helpful and kind .

Nothing every thing was perfect ?

The staff were very kind, accommodating, friendly and supportive to all our needs. It was our honeymoon and first time in Turkey but they made us feel so safe and at home making sure we were well taken care of throughout our journey in turkey even after we checked out of their hotel.

Absolutely nothing, there guys are super friendly.

Excellent service from Ayhan! Really appreciate hotel’s services in general helping me with my belongings! Also free delicious breakfast!

Location good, service very good, staff very good, thanks for everything, room size very good.
