The location is perfect, close to public transport, the main tourist attractions the corniche at Galata port and surrounded by little artisanal shops.The staff is helpful especially Zeynap is lovely and goes out of her way to help. You can also wash and dry your clothes for a fee.The breakfast is good and has a great view.

The pullout bed was a bit broken but it worked. The room is quite small so you can't open the wardrobe door.

The rooms need renovation, the towels were not very clean. Breakfast was far below the standard.

The location is one of the best in Istanbul as the hotel is close from all touristic areas like galata port and taksem.The staff of the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful from the time we arrived until checkoutThe room size was great and they clean the room everydayI will definitely come back to this hotel once i travel to Istanbul

The staff so nicee and helpful, they let us do the early check in. The room it's big, clean and so comfortable. The location it's so nice and closed to many place. If i come back to istanbul, definitely will stay at here again.

Location is very good. Very easy access to transportation and istiklal street.

My room was next to the street so there was alot of noise. I recommend getting a room on top floors.

However, in general, the hotel is very average in terms of furniture, especially the bed, which was like a nightmare for me because it was not firm at all, and I would wake up sinking into the middle of the bed, which caused pain in my back. Also, the curtains were torn and very small compared to the size of the windows, and they did not cover the window completely. Also, the air conditioning worked badly, even though it was not summer and the weather was not that hot at all

We had a great 4-night stay at Tophane Suits. The pictures online matched the place perfectly. The reception team were extremely kind and helpful — Samet assisted me patiently with my documents, and Aşkiv warmly welcomed us on our first night with great local tips. Both the housekeeping and reception teams (especially Mehri and her colleagues) responded quickly to every request and always with a smile. Everyone spoke good English, so communication was very easy.The location was ideal — close enough to İstiklal Street but still quiet. The bed was very comfortable for me (a bit too soft for my wife ?), and the bedsheets and towels were clean and fresh. However, the sofa, curtains, and carpet could have been cleaner.The bathroom was excellent, with strong water pressure and always plenty of hot water. The breakfast was amazing — fresh, delicious, and varied, and Nadide was so kind and caring.Overall, a great value for the price and location. I’d definitely stay here again.Thanks to the whole Tophane Suits team for their warm hospitality!

The curtains, sofa bed, and carpet were not clean.

Very good location, 1 tram to The sites in Sultanahmet and walking distance to everything else. Rooftop balcony with views of Galata Tower, Agia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Friendly English-speaking front desk staff. Large breakfast with lots of variety, though it’s the same every day.

The AC is somewhat weak

Stayed at Tophane Suite and found the location excellent, making it easy to access key attractions. Closer to amazing Galata Port.. Host Ameer was especially helpful, assisting with a quicker check-in and ensuring our stay started smoothly.Staff were friendly and cooperative, and when the dishwasher wasn’t working, it was fixed the very next day—appreciated the prompt response.Overall, a convenient place to stay with satisfactory service and great hospitality, but some room refurbishments are needed which may enhance its value..

The room condition needs improvement. Bedding and linens felt worn, and the living room sofas are due for replacement.

I didn't like bed mattress, in bookinh the hotel is 4starts but it should be 3starts.

Wonderful hotel with amazingly clean room and common areas. Cleaning women are always smiling and saying good morning which was cute and nice. Breakfast was tasty and view from terrace was beautiful. The room is mixed of luxury technology and comfortable beds and bathroom/shower. Location was the most beautiful detail!

The location couldn't be better, and the staff's friendliness truly enhances the experience!

Due to the season, the property management switched off the AC compressor, stating that it is set to winter mode. Unfortunately, this made it difficult for us to sleep the first night, as the rooms were very warm. We had to keep the windows closed because the street became too noisy at night. Additionally, the bathroom fan was quite loud, and we noticed that the cabinets were damaged. It seems that the maintenance team did not take proper care of the sanitary ware.

Perfect location and walking distance to seaside, bars, restaurants and shopping places. Also walking distance to main square and Galata Tower. There are tram and bus options near. Staff was excellent at speaking English and helping us with our questions.

Huge and cozy room, very responsive and friendly welcoming, clean and well organized facility. I liked staying here and enjoyed my time in and out of the hotel.

The room has enough of space to move and is pretty good with it's amenities. All the building and room was very clean and smelling nice. Reception was smiling, kind and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Beside all details, what we liked the most was it's location, there is no better spot that can beat this one.

We had a great stay. Fantastic location( this was our second visit)The staff were wonderful, especially Aşkin.We would certainly recommend TOPHANE SUITES to anyone who wants to be near Galataport. There are also some very cool eating places close by. Cihangir is only minutes away too. We will return on our next visit.
