Small rooms. You can hear your neighbors talking. Very small building. Beds are not clean at all. WiFi is very poor

I think only my room was one of the oldest ones because my friends rooms on the upper floors looked nice and well maintained

I didn’t like anything. It’s difficult to reach the property because it’s on a hill. Without the car it’s tough. There is rust on the shower floor and in the bathroom. The door handle fell off in the toilet Absolutely zero soundproof whatsoever. Can hear every single noise outside and inside. Asked for iron, was told that within 5 minutes will get it. Waited 30 minutes and eventually had to checkout. Booked holiday inn Kadikoy and that was top. With same price.

Lovely boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Well located in the heart of Örtakoy and thus quick access to both taxi's and ferries.

The shower and fridge need to be fixed

Breakfast selection is a bit limited, but it could be ok if hot items were heated. They were not, so it was impossible to eat cold eggs.

The location is nice. Very near to the Ortakoy mosque and ferry. The staffs are nice and very helpful. The rooms are a bit small compared to the price. Otherwise very good in all respect

This is a small independent hotel and excellent value for money. Friendly, helpful, comfy, a max 10 minute walk down the hill to the hub bub of the local area (we are slow walkers) Easy access to the waterfront, cobbled streets, cafes, restaurants and ferries. We stayed at a fraction of the cost the chain hotels charge and our room rate included a plentiful delicious Turkish breakfast.

The property was great. It’s quite a steep walk back up hill just because my husband doesn’t have the best mobility but you can always grab a taxi or take your time! Able bodied people wouldn’t have a problem and after eating the delicious Turkish food it wasn’t a bad thing to get in some steps!!

I like the view the most. The personnel was very warm-hearted and ready to help. Also, their english is very good

I could have stayed more

There is big room, all have. All is around new :) Personal caring, kind. Was warm. Breakfast was nice too. You can good rest at bed after walking all day, and be fresh at another day.

Bad can be more comfortable :)

The proximity to the nice areas

The walls are PAPER thin - you have never seen anything like that. You can listen like the alarms on the phones of 2 rooms away from u. The breakfast was big but not sure of the quality of the product was good, i noticed the cheese was directly below the AC blowing over extreme heat on it ..accross my room was a creepy guy working on the parking lot so u could never have the curtains open

The receptionist dont spk great English, a guy was while on shift was watching videos and laughing which was not v professional. The breakfast was not as expected and the walls were so thin that we couldnt sleep. A guy next to us was having a party till 4 in the morning drinking and laughing

Spacious room, great view from the balcony. Our room was on the second floor but the view was still great.

Breakfast wasn't great. Could hear every step from the hallway/stairwell. Bit expensive.

Broken door, broken shower, very thin walls that you can hear everything from street and other rooms.To manage your expectations, expect a hostel, not anything close to a hotel
