Great location!! Nice room, clean, great value.

I liked that we had our own room.

1. The bathroom was external. It was supposed to be private (that was the description on booking), but in reality others (anyone) could use it.2. There was supposed to be free breakfast every morning. On some days, there was, but the plates were not very clean. One morning, there was no breakfast and barely any stuff in the fridge. We had to prepare it ourselves.3. In the room, the bed sheets seemed like they were clean, but the room itself was very dusty, the table hadn't been cleaned (had to do it ourselves), one window was cracked, one plug was almost falling out of the wall, the cups were not clean.4. VERY DIRTY! The kitchen sink was extremely greasy and dirty, there were two plates with food in the microwave (had been there for a while, could tell by the smell), the bathroom sink hadn't been cleaned in a while, we had to specifically ask to empty the trash in the bathroom as it was overflowing, etc.

Stay there regularly. love sleeping inside the flowers and the location. Superb!

For the budget staying there is nothingJust ask help with your luggage

Amazing location

The accommodation was extremely dirty, including the floors, the bathroom (toilet paper could not be thrown into the toilet but had to be disposed of in a bin to avoid clogging), the windows, tables, and the bedding. We also booked a private bathroom, but it was used by other guests as well. The window had a large crack, and the electrical outlets were half hanging out of the wall. We didn’t dare to try the food.The only positive side was the location, as everything we wanted to see was just a few tram stops away. From the outside, the accommodation looks very cute, so it's a real shame that the interior doesn’t match. I hope it will improve in the future.We managed to stay three nights since we were only using it to sleep, so the price and location are quite decent for tourists who are just looking for a place to crash.

The location is ideal, and the hotel is colorful and sunny, situated in the most charming neighborhood. The metro and tram are both nearby, making it easy to get anywhere quickly.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom in our room — it was very small and damaged. I hope it will be fixed soon.

The hotel's view is beautiful and close to all services Istanbul Square is only 15 minutes away.

The place certainly wasn't what it looks like on the website.The shower/toilet on my floor is shared and it is really just a toilet with a shower put over top of the toilet. Which if in your own room is bad enough, but shaed with others terrible.The breakfast was the worst I've ever had at a hotel, and is in a tiny downstairs kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay!The location is perfect, close to Kabatas port, so you can go to the Asian side and to the Prince islands by boat. The stuff was amazing and very helpful, we could use the kitchen downstairs by ourselves in addition to breakfast which was served every morning. The room was clean and tidy also the mattresses are very comfortableHope I’ll come back again ;)

The location is amazing, as it actually is near all major attractions & communication hubs while not being noisy.

The room was so small, that it basically consisted of just bed. Even bigger flaw was that it was that the doors to room were fronting reception and front door - everything could be heard from the room. To go to bathroom one must have crossed the reception.

The location is legendary, the staff is smiling and attentive. The rooms are clean. Everything was very nice and comfortable. From now on, it is the only address we will stay in Istanbul. Thank you very much.

Bad

Room Lock was broken. Room looks big in the photos. Toilet is too tiny and a high step to get in. Location is not good if you dont have a car otherwise you have to go up and down on the hill for taksim square.

Vinnie is the best! He goes out of his way to help you, and he gave us a late check out.

Great staff, good location, affordable.

We stayed in room 1. Shower was broken and water was dripping in the bed underneath the windows.

The location was very good. Easy access to transport. Lots of stairs keep us fit :) The best coffee shop "jupiter" near the property.

Breakfast was included but it was self catering and the fridge was unfortunately empty.

The staff are very nice, even before the trip they were very responsive and helpful when we sent them a message. The location is also great, very close to many great bars and restaurants and to the tram and ships that can get you anywhere really fast

We were on the top floor and the bathroom was not like on the photos, it was quite small (if you are above 165cm you couldn't fully stand), the shower was just a tap next to the toilet (so everything gets wet) and the tube was a bit broken so most of the water went on the floor. There were also some stains on some of the towels (they were probably washed, just some stains didn't go away), so we ended up using our own ones.

The room was like the pictures. Location is great. Walking distance to city. Close to ferry / bus / tram. Staff was great and helpful

Check in was nice and simple. Room was cosy and spacious and has everything you need. Friendly service with helpful info. Luggage storage provided as well. 10/10. Highly Recommend!

Place was not feeling very clean. Some dust and dirt in different points of the room & bathroom.

Nothing to be liked

The rooms are not as clean as in the pictures as a matter of fact it’s a rat hole. The sealing is cracked and dirty , the rooms are sharing a nasty toilet on the floor and you can see cracks in different places of the rooms . We had the chance to have the worst breakfast ever , 6$ for a tiny slice of ham, and cheese you can ever eat . In addition the staff does speak english , we were out of water for like 3 days and when we asked the answer was that water will be here when it will be here . We were on the obligation to go to another hotel since my little girl started having asthma attacks because of the dirt . The worst part of the trip was to comeback to the filthy room at night . Ps :the owner wanted us to live in the attic , and showed us the best pictures you can take of the place telling us that it’s the same room when we asked him why we can’t see the cracks, the dirt, the weird spots of the bed and walls he moved us to another room
