The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and just perfect. The service was exceptional as well, the receptionist Mr. Yunus was an excellent host, very helpful and professional, overall a very good experience, Definitely recommend this stay.

The window blinds were difficult to operate.

We had a great week-long stay. The flat was clean, spacious, and a great value for money. The location is very central, making it easy to walk anywhere. As expected in such a central location, you can hear some city noise. The staff was very helpful.

The staff was very friendly. The location was close to bus stations, relatively close to 2 Metro stations and shopping. It was the type of accommodation that we were looking for a large group of several families.

1) For our second unit, they were going to give us an apartment that had some mold on the walls, and when we complained, they were not phased about it. But they were accommodating and moved our second group to a different apartment on a lower floor and eventually to the same floor days later as the first group as we had requested in advance. 2) There was construction, going on next-door, and one of the windows had a gap that we could hear the construction trucks beeping early in the morning, when we complained, the technician came and looked at it, but upon follow-up, they told us that the part had to come from Europe and it would take a long time so wasn’t fixed while we were there. 3) The air conditioning in the kitchen was not working, and when we found out days later, they told us that it would be fixed after the summer for the whole building! 4) the lighting fixtures, and the middle of living room and kitchen. Dining area were too dim and when we asked to get brighter bulbs, they told us that it was as good as it would get, but instead changed the halogen bulbs surrounding the ceiling of both rooms.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, especially Denis in the reception. Good comfort and great value for the money.

Great staff. They spoke English and tried to accommodate all our requests. Spacious apartments. There were shops and restaurants in walking distance.

I liked the location, close toShop and Cafe, a Short walk to the shoppingMall and The clinic I was attending . A good cleaning service with fresh bedding and towels every two days. I liked reliable WiFi connection, a comfortable bed. Extra pillows on request. I liked use of the treadmill and Gym area. Helpful reception staff for extension of my stay. Good supply of coffee, tea,Toilet Rolls etc . I liked having a dishwasher, washing machine and cooking And Refrigeration facilities. Always Smelled nice in communalAreas . Reception staff helpful, politeAnd welcoming .

It would Have been useful to have tea towel/oven gloves. Using oven without this is difficult. ToasterWould be handy and Maybe microwave . Extra utensils Would Also help. The smokeAlarm is too sensitive When using Oven due t it’s close proximity to cooker, making it Difficult toUse the oven without Disruption. A manual in English for tv, as I had problem to change size of subtitles and nobody could Help. I think air Conditioning Should be available allYear round . It was difficult for me without it, I had to suffer noise of open windows and traffic to stay cool. Although I could not Use spa or massage facilities due to Surgery I think it would be goodFor them to be open all year round. I wouldWant to make Use of these if I stayed in istanbul again, so if they were not available It would Influence my reservation . But it was specified at booking that they were not available, so it’s just an observation .
