Ravouna 1906 Bosphorus Istanbul

Perfect location, great view and exceptional cleanness and comfort. So far one of my the best accommodation. Attention to details, products in the bathroom, coffee and tea options, bed and pillows, towels and bathrobes they are all well chosen. Really appreciated the services. It was indeed one of the most pleasant stays so far, I wanted to extend the stay but the property is very popular and all rooms were booked.

This place is gorgeous- the rooms are giant and very comfortable and you’re right in the middle of everything. They offer amazing discounts sometimes so we paid only 60 EUR for a big suite

I have stayed here twice, once in Kiz Kulesi (sea view) once in Galata (street view). The sea facing rooms are much better because when you face Istaklal Street there’s a lot of light coming in, although you don’t hear much noise because the windows are good. I wish breakfast was offered as an option.

This is perfect hotel,just in middle of Isteklal street but sound isolated so rooms are quite, i got bosphorous view which was perfect specially at night in lovely balcony with a cub of coffee , staff is really wonderful they took our bags upon arrival from ground floor entrance to 1st floor receiption and helped us with vip car to airport and took our bags till taxi parking ahead of our hotel , bed was very comfortable ,bath room was excellent , every thing was great ,surely will come back again . Hotel is really worth it also it offer really good daily price much better than hotels nearby .

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Ravouna 1906. The building is beautiful, full of history and character, yet very comfortable. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Istanbul but still peaceful. We loved the rooftop with its stunning Bosphorus views, and the staff were so warm and helpful. A truly special place that made our trip unforgettable.

Very quiet, clean, large apartment style rooms tucked away in an unassuming building right on Istiklal street. Relatively central to public transport options, but be prepared for plenty of walking up steep hills. Some decent cafes, restaurants and bars are hidden around the various side streets in the area to avoid the tourist traps.

Some areas could use a little freshening up. New paint to cover water damage on bathroom walls and ceiling etc. but otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

Very friendly staff. Great location. It’s quiet in the room facing away from Isteklal. Great view of the water. Very nice interior design. Ability to leave suite cases after checkout.

Steep stairs to get to the reception level. Slow check in process. Lack of mini fridge and tea kettle in the room.

The location is perfect, the room is cute and really big. I didn’t listen any noise during the night and I appreciate it because the hotel it’s located in a pretty busy street

I was really impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room, bathroom, and common areas were spotless. On top of that, the hotel is perfectly located — close to shops, restaurants, and main attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. It made getting around very easy and enjoyable.

Wonderful experience — just wish the Wi-Fi had been faster.

It’s good because of good location, a large room, clean facilities, a good view from the balcony, and so on.

There is not an elevator from G to 1st floor, but the stuff brought my luggage.

The hotel is located on Istiklal Street, which is one of the main thoroughfares of Istanbul. There is public transportation nearby, and a lot of places are either within walking distance or easy to reach through metro, tram or bus.My suite was very spacious and nicely appointed. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, especially Ismail, who was always eager to help.

My main issue was the fact that you had to walk up one floor to get to the elevator. It was problematic when I arrived, as I had made no arrangements regarding getting help with my luggage. In the end, the staff helped me both upon check-in and check-out, so all was fine.

The staff was helpful for the most part with the exception of one.

The property was nothing as presented in advertise its all false. Two floor walkup a dark staircase located on very busy pedestrian street which means no cars and you have to walk 1/4 mile to the hotel. The room smelled of a sewer. The street noise was heard in the room until 1:00am in the morning. I apologize to the staff for writing this they seemed to care. No breakfast.

The wifi didn't always work well in all parts of the room.

I had a great experience at Ravouna 1906.The location is perfect—right on Istiklal Caddesi, close to shops, restaurants, and everything you could need.The staff were very kind and welcoming.I’d definitely stay here again!

The location was great, the rooms had great view, the price was decent and the rooms were clean.

The hotel has 2 receptionist, the tall one was very kind but the other one was very unplesant, he was providing random information and then was constantly demanding tips, the first night i asked him where to exchange euro to TL and he told me that in that area was very expensive and that he would help me with it by exhanging his own money, 3 minutes later i found an exhange store next to the hotel and i realized that the receptionist had scammed me as he exhanged 1€ to 37TL but next to the hotel(were he told me that is very expensive )the rate was 1€ to 40,8TL. Also we were not informed for the construction that have been occuring from9 oclock at the roof of our room, with drills for hours. Finanlly we faced a little problem with the humidity, please check the attached photos

Staff, room, privacy, everything basically except minuses bellow.

No frying pan for burner thus makes it obsolete, air is too dry so AC had to be kept all the time and you used too much detergent so it made my friend skin allergy.

I really like the view from the room, I got the room with sea view. The room is quite large and comfortable. The staff was helpful and available.

The lift starts on the first level and not on ground level, this means that you need to carry your luggage through the stairs for a floor. There's some stains of humidity in the roof and in some of the walls
