The location and area is superb if you are seeking some peace and quiet. A very beautiful part of Istanbul.Excellent host and good value for money.

Signage to indicate where the kitchen and communal area is. There is a little beep at the front door the sounds with regular intervals. Not sure what it is for?

The bed was comfortable.

Location was far removed from tourist sites, no food or coffee available, the “hotel” was more of a hostel, interior was more like someone’s old house with dirty carpets, supplies throughout the common areas, fridges were used for the staff that lived on site, not a hotel style at all.

Our room had an electricity problem and they changed our room with a family one.The apartment was big.Close to blue mosque.

The apartment was dirty, dirty towels, had to use one of our own.Noisy at night, you can hear anything from the street.

Apartment is half basement and one room does not have windows. It could be written in description.

"Room with balcony" actually the room on the ground floor below the street level, and balcony - just back exit, fully blocked by the wall. No view at all. One bedroom without windows.

Hotel is a big house with different rooms. Sheets look clean, it has a very good location, near the Blue Mosque. There's a mini fridge and a safe box in the room and a good hairdryer.

It's a bit old and worn, smells in the corridor, but still it is a good choice for the money.

Good location, clean rooms, quiet street, nearby a small park with a playground.

Lovely, cozy apartment with good facilities in a nice area. The host was extremely helpful - she contacted us because we had accidently left some clothes in a drawer. She kept hold of the clothes so that we could collect them on our return to Istanbul - this was greatly appreciated, thank you.

I've been to Istanbul before, but in passing I didn't stay at the hotel. This time I rented for two days. My opinion... The hotel is clean, neat, there is a girl who takes care of everything. Very nice lady. I warmly recommend, but for me the streets and the craziness of driving there make me think about a return. I forgot to mention parking, but I had one on the street somewhere nearby. So you decide whether to go by car or by plane.

The streets and the Chaotic driving!

Excellent location - a very rare (in our experience) quiet street in central Istanbul, just about 15 minutes' walk to Blue Mosque.Helpful and friendly owner/staff.Free left-luggage storage before check-in or after check-out (we used both options).Pleasant room, not large, but sufficient. Clean bathroom and bedroom. Comfy bed.

The owner is very open and willing to help with everything one could need.We had parking place, everyone is very nice.The room had one single and one double bed.Nice and quite area with a lot of restaurants and very close to the tourist attractions. Garbage and towels changed everyday

The room was at the ground-floor and it was very noise in the morning or every time someone was talking on the street, but this is not because of the property or location.I would suggest more attention to details.

lovely hotel in an old building with free street parking nearby (north of the hotel, next to the park. Ask the owner and they will show you). very kind and helpful owners. brilliantly located at walking distance from the haga sofia and centre, and nearby many restaurants and bars. Easily to reach by car, even if you have a slightly bigger car. Safe and touristy area. The room was very comfortable. We will happily stay here again if we come to Istanbul once more.

Not so safe parking. I got my car scratched.

Staff was nice. Location is excellent!

It was extremely noisy as you could hear every single step from people in above appartment. We had to knock so they stop and we can sleep in. Do not recommend this room. Also, floors were vwry dirty, you could see it on our socks.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The reception lady who met us was very kind. When we got to the property it was very nice to have some essentials in there, like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, cooking oil, washing liquid, toilet paper, towels. Also we liked a lot the location of a property.

There was a very little bit of mould on the shower’s ceiling.
