rude staff. air condition was not working. hall ways were so smelly And dump. no one was could speak english. it was like if you speak it you are doing something wrong.

They gave me a double bed instead a queen bed and didnt change the room . Air conditionar was not working and they did not fix it

Asked for a room with king bed but they gave room with double bed or two beds. Air conditioner and refrigerator were not working.

very old hotel - everything need renovation. Safe didn't worked, toilet room door handle was broken - it lock you in toilet room and it was very hard to get out of there.

Old doors and cabinets with dust… Shower without a glass doorNext to my room was a dirty space where the hotel staff put stuffI didn’t have a normal blanket. I asked for a blanket, they told me we will bring to you “now”, but I had to go down three times to remind the staff, at the end of the day, they gave me the same “piece of cloth”.P.s. I arrived too late to the hotel, I was very tired, although they did not care of my case until I had to change my speaking style, from respectful to less respectful. For me, this was very bad experience.

I reserved a room with two single beds for five nights on booking.com. When I arrived, I was given a room with a queen bed despite having specifically requested two beds several times prior to my arrival. Not only that, but the phone in the room didn't work, so I had to come down all the time, as did the toilet. More issues arose when we requested a sight-seeing excursion with an English-speaking guide. The receptionist offered to assist me in scheduling the trip, which I appreciated. I was told that I needed to pay in cash in US dollars - $220 for two individuals - which I did. The shuttle driver arrived an hour late to pick us up and drop us off at the Bosphorus marina. We were told to phone him when we were through so he could come and pick us up and take us back to the hotel. (If I needed a ride, I would have taken a yellow taxi for $22 instead of a $220!!!) Ridiculous) It seems like they were taking advantage of two foreigners and decided to earn some quick money, which was awful! Furthermore, no one was aware that we reside in the hotel industry and customer service capital of the world, Las Vegas, and that we have travelled all over the world without being abused in such a way. When we requested for a recipe for the tour, which never happened, the receptionist said the driver would bring it. Unfortunately, the driver instructed me to go to the front desk and request one. Our day and entire experience were life-altering and not in a good way. Istanbul has been wrecked for us

Location good for Tuyap Exhibition Centre, with 10 minute walk to nearest Metrobus stop.Bedroom was nice and plenty of room.

A bit tired, and no bar.Staff were ok but they could smile more.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room with AC, very clean, room cleaned and towels replaced every day, imazinng open breakfast prepared by a recognized chef, location close to restaurants, and 15 minutes walk to metrobus, highly recommended.

We had two-nights trip in Istanbul - all was good except hotel.The room is very old-furnished and very dirty. On my request to clean up the room - 0 reaction, next day the room was in the same condition:(Broken glass, personal hygiene staff, even towels were not changed after previous guests.
