Kadikoy Bade 3 Hotel

Location was perfect,but the breakfast was something else

Linen need to be changed everyday,was there for 6days and still used the same linen until my stay was over. There must at least have an electric jug to boil water for tea when ever you want it instead of going to the kitchen always.

Everything was beautiful, the hosts are very kind, the breakfast is excellent. the hosts are always there for whatever we needed. A wonderful experience and we will always be happy to return. ???

Good location, friendly staff and included breakfast

The whole hotel needs a restoration. Rooms are worn out, furniture is old and squeaky, walls need to be painted, floor replaced. Bathrooms are moldy and stained. It is mostly just that old, not particularly dirty, even though there was quite some dust in corners and rooms had a funky smell.

Although my room was for non-smocking, but it was full of smoke and when I complained to the receptionist, she said that there is alarm for smoke detection, that was in floor 5, happened in the first and third nightsAfter I insisted to Chang the room, they shifted me in floor number 1 which was clean with no smoking indication.In my third night, there was a meeting room in the 5th floor, very loud music and songs coming out from it, I informed the receptionist, she said they will stop after one hour, but nothing happened even after 3 hours until I changed my room.The receptionist in the night duty on 7th march 2024 was rude when I was politely explaining to her the smocking and music problems, she tried to ignore my complaints without any respect. I think she must be treated well before dealing with guests Those issues does not meant the hotel is bad, oppositely, the location and hotel overall is good and recommended as well.

Very good location, overlooking the Kadıköy pier, there are places to walk around, from this place there is a great connection to all important places. Good Turkish breakfast, very kind and friendly staff, comfortable bed.

The room smelled of cigarettes when I arrived. The hotel is neat but it just needs renovation and it will be very good :)

The location of the hotel is in a very nice place and it is a very clean hotel. In addition, I would like to emphasize this. The manager Mr. Hasan is a very good person. and a trustworthy person

A little bit old and some things were broken. Environment is noisy. I didn't have any problem with that but my friend couldn't sleep so well

The place was old but in an awesome location. The staff was super nice and friendly and they were very accommodating with everything!

The location is perfect. The staff is friendly and lovely. Mr. Hassan is very kind. I enjoyed it. Located in heart of Kadıköy. I had a beautiful sea view. Breakfast, coffee, tea. Here you can feel the real local culture. All questions were answered by the staff. I hope to be back soon.

Its location is perfect! It easily can be reached by metro, bus, and ferry. Being so close to numerous bars and restaurants in the Kadikoy region makes anyone experience a kind of live and dynamic situation. Also, the staff is really friendly and kind. All in all, the price would be reasonable to stay there.

I wondered why this hotel got a high value for the breakfast! We have been there for 6 days and all the items were the same every morning!! The smell of cigarettes as well as the deposition of dust in the room can be considered the negative points.

location is great close to ferries, metro and shuttle buses to Sabiha. Also the view from the room is fantastic!

The smell in the room was like someone smoked a lot. Blanket was with spots and not very fresh.

Very low Hygiene, dirty furniture, walls are dirty, bath has mould, ceiling is craacked.

Absolutely happy staying in this little and very authentic hotel. Perfect location with direct connection to the SAW airport, European part of the city via ferry, situated in a vibrant part of Kadikoy. Tons of restaurants to dine in. The owner was very nice and welcoming. Nice breakfast. Amazing view from the room window. The room itself not very new but clean and has all basics you need including small fridge and hairdryer. It was a perfect choice to stay over the weekend and discover Kadikoy and surroundings. Extremely good Internet connection. Totally recommend for those who do look for a basic option to stay without expectation of extra comfort.

The hotel is situated really close to the bus stop of Kadikoy so it’s convenient to have a night there if you need to travel as I did (I took a bus from IST airport, spent a night in the hotel, and in the morning took another bus to SAW airport. the staff is very nice and kind. I was leaving at 7:30am but I even managed to have breakfast.

Very noisy, you cannot fall asleep normally because it is as if all the windows and doors are open. No elevator, but the staff helped me to lift the luggage and bring it down. Also I was feeling cold during the night but maybe it’s my personal problem.

great location- close to the bus and ferry station, comfortable to get to and from the airport. walking distance to Kadikoy central streets with the restaurants, shops and clubs. the hotel itself is simple but clean, the staff is super nice. we were offered breakfast on arrival although it was not included in the first day’s stay. tea and coffee are free at any time if day.
