Enderun Hotel Istanbul

Really pretty room, the staff was very sweet and checked me in late, and ordered me food! I was very comfortable and welcomed

Friendly staff was the highlight for us. I mean this was a next level customer care, with the staff anticipating what we might need to make the stay more enjoyable. Iskender booked many tours (competitive pricing but with hotel transfer). When I asked him for a recommendation for dinner, he walked me to a restaurant (Hafiz Ibrahim… 5 star!!). Baran spoiled my kids always smiling and greeting, didn’t let them carry even their own bags. Osman and Gorkem were night shifts and equally helpful in finding deals and restaurants. Gorkem walked us to restaurant several streets down! The property was maintained well, exceptionally clean!

Great location close to restaurants and the Grand Bazaar. The Hagia Sophia is a short walk away. The area seems safe in the day and I only stayed for a few hours during a layover so I'm not sure about safety at night, especially for solo female travelers.Room was beautiful and they gave me an upgrade. Airport pickup could be better coordinated.

Airport pickup was not very organized, I was told someone would be waiting for me at the airport but when I arrived I had to figure out the process on my own and ask about the driver. The car came eventually but it could be been arranged more smoothly with better communication.

Very attentive and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast with many options. Easily accessible location , close to the major attractions

Nice property and the hotel room was so beautiful. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was far better than we expected. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way in every aspect.

Nothing. For the price paid this hotel was a gem.

Everything about this hotel is great - full Turkish breakfast, walking distance to several important locations, comfy rooms. What truly makes it stand out, however is the absolute kindness of the staff. The manager went out of his way to ensure I was well taken care of, from lending me a phone charger to booking my tours, and always opening the door when I returned. The thoughtfulness and friendliness was extra special because I was traveling alone. Also, the cats in the garden are loved beyond measure and well fed. I plan to stay in Istanbul next year and will book here again without hesitation.

This is my second time at Enderun Hotel. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is courteous and professional. The breakfast buffet in an outdoor solarium is very nice.Because the hotel is located in more of a wholesale business district, the place is quiet, which I greatly appreciate! It is still walking distance to all the local sites, like Hagia Sofia mosque, Blue Mosque, the ancient cistern, etc.The building, rooms and furnishings are older, in an antique Victorian style, which is charming. The 10 star hospitality of the staff will definitely outshine their location in a less touristy neighborhood.

Some of the interiors, such as the stairs and rugs are in need of upgrading. I will definitely come back to Enderun when passing through Istanbul!

The hotel is located very close to many major attractions. The breakfast was very good and served in the lovely breakfast room. The staff was very helpful and professional. Big thank you to Osman, Brandon and the lovely woman who works on the top floor.

Service is above and beyond. Room get clean daily, staff isalways present 24/7 at reception, held our bags and they did everything to make it smooth.

The only thing is that the streets around it get really empty at night. No late night bars and such but is good location to move around. Specially to see the historical sites.

Excellent and helpful staff..Nice garden and breakfast room..

The breakfast had a limited selection of food for highly rated hotel so I was quite disappointed. The single room was tinier than I had expected.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional! So welcoming and helpful. They helped us to arrange airport transfers. We had to leave before breakfast for an early flight and they had sandwiches made for us. The hotel is well located and within walking distance to major tourist attractions. We would recommend to anyone traveling to Istanbul!

Excellent location. Lovely building. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Thank you for all the staff and Manager Osman he's best man.Breakfast is very nice and location near everywhere

I love this property! My second stay and I plan to be back. Clean, comfortable and the location is near to major sites. The major thing is the staff. They are the best, helpful and attentive to you and what your needs and interests are!

We appreciated the staff's helpful assistance! Breakfast was excellent. Sunsets from our balcony were spectacular.

The way the doors were configured there was less than optimal ventilation in the bathroom.

Location is accessible to most tourist attraction. Staff were very helpful. They also upgraded us to a bigger room which we appreciated. We particularly liked the glass gazebo where breakfast is served.

We loved the charm and convenience that the hotel offers. The glass gazebo where we have our breakfast was lovely and breakfast choices were Good. Hotel interiors were also aestically pleasing. Hotel is accessible to all the attractions we planned for our trip. Baran and Osman were particularly helpful and accommodating with our needs. Definitely a place to recommend.

Clean, comfortable. Loved the courtyard and sitting area. All the staff were friendly! Ostman, Zander, Emmit, all friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were wonderful. Free coffee any time of day! Short walk to the sights!

It was all great!

If visiting the major sites in the old city, this hotel is ideally placed and close to the easy to use tramcar system
