Everything was so good except a roommate who was snoring all the thing and since it is out of place control I can't complain about anything.

We had a breakfast on a rooftop with a beautiful view of Bosporus. Every day we had different breakfast. We could ask for a customized breakfast too if needed.

its very close to tourist spots, restaurants and place is clean with polite and kind people specially Osman…who supported us a lot on everything we needed.

A sheet of plywood between the beds would be nice, for a little more privacy...There's no elevator so climbing to the fourth floor from the basement rooms to breakfast is a trek...

The staff was very gracious and welcoming. The room was cozy but comfortable. The morning breakfast was exceptional. Everything was splendid.

I liked that they had privacy curtains on the beds. They provided pad locks and plugs to use while we were there. The facility was clean and the shower was hot.i want to thank Hassan for showing me where to take the train to the ferry thanks so much again I would recommend and stay again and don't forget it comes with a great breakfast daily

Couldn't warm up food no microwave

Great location near the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooftop terrace was a nice location for breakfast every morning.

The breakfast and dining room ..Great view and ample Turkish type breakfast.The owner and family ,the lady cook,The 2 lads that worked there..Baran and (Ernie??).clean hotel..clean linen and comfy beds ..Good size locker,hot water all the time..Great location once you find it..2 streets behind Sultanahmet square..but the sign is hidden a bit by a tree or bush.Baran especially helpful and polite.Osman also a hard working good man with a beautiful baby and charming wife.

It is a lovely place to stay but it is not a hostel..it is a very nice small hotel that have put 3 bunk beds and a shower in what was once an office i think next to reception for the men..i never saw the girls room but didnt see anyone complaining...the girls i met at breakfast seemed happy.A safe place to stay for both men and women i feel..It worked OK for me mainly as I was out most of my 5 days there and the other lads in the room were all good and considerate.So no facilities to make a sandwich or a coffee or a common room other than reception or use of the breakfast room.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, Buran - you are the best??! Perfect location, just 5 min. walking distance from the main attraction, rooms clean every day, dorm beds with curtains for privacy and as a bonus nice and rich breakfast included, served on the roof top terrace with a beautiful view of Bosfor. Stay worth every penny spent.

I booked a hostel room and this exceeded my expectations. Clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with hot water and good shower pressure. Staff are amazing Osman and Boran were exceptionally friendly and helpful and made for a wonderful stay. The views from the rooftop are lovely. Sad I didn’t have the breakfast as I had to leave early every morning during my stay but I hear it’s a nice breakfast. Location is right next to the Blue Mosque with restaurants and cafes close by. Also felt very safe in the area

I had a great stay at Stanpoli! I stayed in one of the private rooms. It was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is a great location, easily walkable to the tourist area in a few minutes but on a quiet side street. The staff were incredibly kind, especially the hotel manager, Osman! The included breakfast was really good and the rooftop had an amazing view.

I traveled solo so was bit concerned at first but service was excellent. Rooms were clean. Maintenance on point. Reception and other staff all are very helpful and prompt. Complementary breakfast was great but they can consider adding some vegetarian options.

Just one issue with house keeping was handling or placing my things without the permission. I had some of my makeup and gifts on the table and cleaning lady put them inside the drowers and did not inform. It could be a part of protocol to clean the entire room no complaint but wasn't really happy with someone else clearing my things or maybe not informing about it.

Great location, incredibly kind and welcoming staff. This hotel is truly a great value for the price. Breakfast was included and quite enjoyable.

The key for the room didn't work

Breakfast was excellent, I got sick with cold not feeling well so they gave me soup which was wonderful. The turkish coffee they serve is very good. Also, every day you have the same base breakfast but then other things they add that are different every day. They are very helpful and as the days were cold, they even gave us warm water during the day. The room is big enough, very quiet during the night.

I would add kettle in the rooms.

Very considerate. We arrived too early for the check in and the staff accomodate us immediately. There was an available room then he let us stay.
