The staff was responsible and respectful

Cleanliness, room was so uncomfortable, AC wasn’t working properly and we asked to change the room. Housekeeper didn’t clean the room well just wipe the toilet

Great location 5 min walk from Taksim square. Amazing breakfast with variety of meals. Spacious and clean room with nice view. Good connection to IST airport via bus

what i like about the hotel is their staff who are very nice and with good location.

old furnitures, not all room lights are working, stay there for 9 nights but they never change the linens, the breakfast taste ok with limited options and they serve the same breakfast everyday.

Has a vey good location, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast was delicious

The staff were the absolute highlight of my stay, specifically Ali and Abbas—they were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the convenient location.

The breakfast could be improved. It was the exact same spread every day, and unfortunately, the food was sometimes served cold.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good with nice variety, and the service was excellent. Maryam was very friendly and welcoming, and Abbas, ismail and Ahmet at the reception were always kind and ready to help with anything I needed. Thank you for the great experience!

Supportive staff (O. Ahmed), location of property and Cleanliness of room.

We had a great stay at Endless Suites hotel in December. The staff were very attentive and always ready to help with any requests or arrangements. Breakfast and service were excellent; Maryam served breakfast with such warmth and kindness. The location is perfect, with easy access to Taksim square and public transport. What stands out about this hotel is how quickly they resolve any issues to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Room service was provided daily, and we felt very safe throughout our visit.

Location is good and especially the staff Awais Ahmad was really helpful

Nothing, but breakfast needs to be improved

Initially, a bit skeptical due to some cleanliness related reviews, but my experience was excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was quite good with a nice variety of options available from 8:00–10:30 am. Special thanks to Owais at the reception, as he was extremely helpful, and even upgraded my room for the last couple of nights to an upper floor, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was really nice very helpful once asked

The room we were given was really bad first time we arrived there was hair in the sink the room was dirty the bed was broken making lots of annoying noises uncomfortable broken pillows small cover and bed for two grown ppl no sound proofing you basically hear everything from the next room their singing their talks also the room was in ground floor very small tight little to no lights one other weird thing in the room description I was literally written FREE streaming services like Netflix when asked they said that you need your own account for it so not free again the room we were assigned the first 5days was awful then it god really bad when a really disgusting smell was coming out the drains it was then we asked for room change and they gave us a better one so I recommend not getting the ground floor at alll
