Amazing view of Bosphorous, Good food at Restaurant, breakfast was nothing special, staff were attentiv but communication was a challenge since they didn't speak good English, good room service, overall I recommend it

The property is a bit far from the center, you need a taxi if you don’t like walking.

I’m not going to stay here again.

A hotel like this but they only care about money. It was my sisters birthday but they didn’t do anything. I’d expect even a small surprise. Also their breakfast and food is very expensive.

Marriage certificate hypocrisy

We found out that they don't accept couples that don't have marriage certificates if they're Turkish citizens.1. This is hypocrisy. They portray something but also don't want to lose tourists. This kind of hotels should be banned from booking.com . You guys should have a stance against these people.2. If you don't, then at least "put it in huge black letters" that the hotel requires a marriage certificate for Turkish citizens. So that people don't get surprised at midnight when checking in at a hotel.

The hotel is right cross from the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean. And the staff were very nice and helpful. Not to mention the food in the hotel is very good

The bathtub was a bit high and it was a spa tub but it didn't work

The hotel's location was great, and the room service and food were good.

I couldn't open my windows because of the horrible smell outside. I stayed in one of the rooms facing south (not directly to the sea).

The hotel is amazing, they care about the smallest details and the view is directly in front of the Bosphorus. I would like to thank the employee DENIZ for his kind reception and his help in everything. He was very kind and respectful.

Great location, nice interior, well maintained.

The staff were not friendly, except for the gentleman who helped me with taxi. Breakfast is decent, but it’s not included in the rate and it’s a la cart, so you have to wait for everything. It won’t work if you are in a rush. Another thing is diffusers in the corridor. It’s a strong chemical smell, that doesn’t add any value.

Very friendly staff, comfy beds, great service all around, delicious food.Because we stayed 10 days we got 2 complimentary breakfasts which was such a lovely treat. Really added to our wonderful stay! Thank you!

Cleaning service varied from day to day overall good but. Sometimes toiletries were not replaced or taken away. There were 2 of us staying and we kept getting 1 new towel instead of 2!

The overlooking of the Bosphorus bay was pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the bed sheets very pleasant.

The staff was quite careless. To start with, I was given a much smaller room than on the pictures on Booking.com. The sales staff told me they will get in touch the next day to sort out the issue, but I didnt hear from anyone till the end of my stay. Cleaning staff would regularly mess up not providing a sufficient number of towels and amenities, leaving cleaning products behind. Whenever I asked the staff for help, they were slow and inefficient. I was on an intense work program and could not recover well in the evenings because it would take them hours to fix issues they themselves created. The room was very small. For this service and room size, the hotel is heavily overpriced.

Double bed instead of 2 single beds

Hello,,I basically booked a room for 3 nights for me and my father, and my booking was for a 2 single beds. Unfortunately they gave us a double bed room,due non availability, they did what they could they gave us an extra non comfortable bed for the first night ,so i had to sleep on this extra bed the first night because our flight arrived very early in the morning.They could fix that problem the day after,....eventhow they charged me a 50 turkish lira bottle of water that i used from the minibar, i was really disappointed ?

Property is amazing. Well designed and the rooms with a view are a plus!

Loved everything. Be aware the property doesn’t serve alcohol. Although, it didn’t bother us at all.

The hotel didn’t give me a room even though I had officially booked there and they told me they had an emergency and couldn’t give me the room and took me to another hotel that was supposedly same standards but it was horrible. Booking.com should not allow such a hotel on its platform

They literally kicked me out and told me they had booking for me and tried to blame me for the mistake they made . They didn’t even take me to a hotel that was the same standards. I asked for monetary compensation and they never responded.

The hotel staff are very friendly and professional.The hotel rooms are very clean and well-decorated.I felt it was my home in Turkey.Great views from the rooms.

There is nothing to mention here, as everything was great.May be the only area of improvement is to add more water in the rooms, instead of asking the reception for it or to go down to pick it up from the reception.

We stayed for our wedding day there. We had our makeup artists , photographers and families visit us for photoshoot. They were very friendly nice and supportive. We requested them 2 times on the wedding day for cleaning and many other stuff.i rate them as excellent

So for bringing our family for 2 hours we had to pay 200 euro

It has a beautiful view

The shower kept leaking causing so much water on the floor and the shower head did not work properly , and the lighting in the bathroom/rooms it felt very dark.

A Small hotel

Too much noise in the morning from the cleaning staff cleaning other rooms.

Nice view on the Bosphorus.

The hotel is a bit isolated along the embankment. 10 minites walk to the nearest café.
