great location. friendly staff. great breakfast

bed was a little soft for us, but very comfortable. only 1 TV news, or otherwise, channel in English.

I liked the hotel and the staff, so I extended my stay, thanks to Destansı, Ali, and the other 2 guys in the night shift, very friendly and helpful.The first time I booked the Economy room, now I moved to the standard room, both are cosy, comfortable, clean and spacious, but the standard room in the upper floor is more quieter.Complementary 2 bottles of water, kattel, tea and coffee are offered daily. Hotel is located near Osmanbey Metro station, bus stop, Lokus Center with cafes and restaurant.I recommend it.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they speak very good English (thanks to Destans and Ali) , the hotel is well located next to Lotus complex where there are lots of cafes, also Osmanbey Metro station is connected to the Lotus, nearby there is Rumeli street with many shops, and bus station nearby.The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and everything was nice and tight.You will have 2 small bottles of water daily, with kettle, coffee and tea, enjoy!

The economy room is located on the ground floor near to the elevator, so you should expect an amount of noise in case you decided to book it.I stayed in it for a couple of days then moved to a standard room, because I liked the hotel, staff and location.

Perfect location walking distance to nice shopping area , restaurants and cafe’s Staff are very welcoming , decent , helpful

The only obstacle that faced us is that they close the small street where the hotel is located from 10 am and they restrict cars . So the taxi has to drop us off a little bit away from the hotel

Poor hospitality

Receptionist wasn’t there when i try to check in and out. I rang the bell in order to catch their attention she was in the toilet. She screamed “coming”. Around 20minutes of waiting she came and playing on her phone. I guess she was playing on the toilet as well. When she came on a desk she didn’t check me in. She said system is not working. But down on her lab she was hiding her phone and still playing?.

The only thing is that the economic room on the ground floor is located right next to the elevator. Thus, it is a bit noisy. So, make sure before booking.

Clean, good location, nice staff. Very safe area and easy to travel to touristic areas either via cab or walk. Public transport available nearby but didn’t use it. Recommend :)

Shower head could be replaced, but other than that it was really good, no complaints

I was a little cold in the room but I had warm cloths, also they don't have a soap support.

The location

The only improvement I would suggest is to have water glasses in the bathroom and more shower gel/ shampoo and soup.

The smell is killing, i had to use mask to be able to sleep. very dirty and old facilities, bed shades, towels and even the bed. I was there for medical check up, my situation worsened staying that horrible place as I was unable to sleep. upon my arrival, I had to return as something came up and my doctor was not available, I asked if I can stay only one night, they refused to cancel for free, so I ended up seeing another doctor!!

I absolutely love this hotel! Stay there every time I visit Istanbul! Its clean, super well located and the staff go out of their way to help you with each and every thing you need no matter what time of day, especially Irem who is such a gem and REALLY takes care of every little detail. I can't wait to come back!

Everything was really good, and had a great vacation, staying one week at this hotel, will come back for sure.

It's not that I didn't like but not all the staff speaks well english, maybe there is room for improvement.But google translate worked very well and everything was ok.

The hotel was so well located near everything in beautiful calm Nisantasi. The administration were welcoming & very accommodating to our needs ! Anor & Irem were always helping & supporting. The privacy of the rooms perfect: We stayed as a family in one floor and mooved freely between the rooms as if we had the property for ourselves. There was a fridge & a kettle + complementary water ; tea & coffee supply. Shampoo & shower gel + soap were always in the bathroom. Cleanliness was up to my expectations. I would definitely love to visit again Isa in the future!

I would have preferred if they had side lamps near the bed.A microwave would have been great even if only one somewhere accessible in the hotel. Finally; It's very important to let the staff speak English.
