A great stay in a cute and comfy hotel in a lively neighborhood. Special shout-out to Metin for being super helpful. We really enjoyed our short stay :)

The receptionist was extremely polite, respectful, and professional, and tried to handle the situation calmly.

Despite contacting the property prior to arrival, the room we had booked was not available.The owner’s attitude felt pressuring and unprofessional, including references to calling the police and deportation, which was very distressing.Rooms smaller than the photos

I absolutely loved the hotel’s location and the staff. Our stay was an amazing experience from start to finish. The team were extremely helpful and always happy to recommend good restaurants around the hotel. The location is very central, and the rooms are warm, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The sense of safety was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The customer services are great! They are very attentative. They helped us booking a taxi to the airport and even prepared sandwiches for our early departaure. The breakfast is superb with great varieties. The staff are stellar!

Excellent location, but noise from nearby pubs and restaurants may disturb guests looking for a quiet stay.

I booked two deluxe rooms, but upon arrival we were placed in standard rooms instead. The standard rooms were very small and looked quite budget. After speaking with the receptionist, the issue was resolved for one room on the same day. For the second room, the correct room was provided only the next day, even though our stay was for two nights.Booking.com granted me a 77% discount for these rooms. However, this discount created a misleading perception of the hotel’s actual level, as the original price suggested that it was supposed to be a more upscale property.

Even though this wasn’t a perfect room, the few minor issues were more than offset by the exceptional location in the New District, an amazing choice of restaurants right outside your door, and the always friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel welcome and gave us insight to their Turkish culture. Amazing choice of food for breakfast also.

The curtains could have blocked out the light from the street a bit better and the TV seemed on its last leg.

Staff were nice

Noisy from street. I booked a balcony room. Got a room with what they call French balcony which is a window. Ac was off in building so hot at night with windows closed. Too noisy to even attempt to sleep with windows open. Mold and rotting wood in shower. No hot water on one day. When I checked in a older man was running reception amd he immediately tried to get me to pay him cash for ride to airport on check out. Never saw that guy again. If you want a cheap room in party area it's okay but never again for me. I canceled the last night amd hotel refused to refund tje one night after I had been there a week. Advise anyone reading this. Stay elsewhere also there is no spa or bar. Just a mediocre breakfast

The location was wonderful and the bed was really comfy. I like the "shabby chic " look and it was super clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful.

It was a super noisy street and our room was facing the night life. I guess better to go out than try to catch up on sleep. The big thing is there is NO spa. And it was advertised as having one and that's why we chose it .

Only the location

Didn’t like anything! The room was not clean at all; the bed, blankets and the bedsheet everything was dirty. It was full of dust and floor carpet was very old that there was smell in the room. The shower area was also very worn out & broken. Personally don’t recommend staying here at all.

The location is very noisy, as the street is full of bars. If the management knows this, why not soundproof the rooms? I see this is a recurring complaint, and it’s true, it’s very hard to get a good night’s sleep with so much noise.Also, the bathroom flush button was broken, so we had to remove the tank lid every time to flush, which was really inconvenient.Breakfast was just okay, but it could definitely be better cared for and cleaner.

We were treated extremely poorly and hotel has lots of issues

I booked this room for my elderly parents and sister. When we arrived, they said the triple room was under renovation and put us in a much cheaper and lower quality room at another hotel. The "renovation" wasn't completed until around 12 and we still had to check out of the other room before 12. When asked for compensation for the price difference and wasted time for their uncomminicated inconvenience, they only offerred $15 off a massage service... the room we paid for was about $150/night, the place they put us was $70/night and we wasted half the day since we couldnt go anywhere and had to move our things whenever they were ready (we booked 2 weeks in advance by the way). When finally arriving at the room we actually paid for, the floor was dirty, the bathroom had a strange odor, it was very small for 3 people, the wifi kept cutting out and it was very noisy outside from 10/11pm to 3 am when we were trying to sleep. Because of this obvious unfair treatment, I also had to spend time talking to booking.com customer service to deal with this situation and my refund is still unclear 2 days later...

The location

At first we got two rooms in different floors instead of the suit with two bedrooms I had paid for, then the day I was gonna leave, I went for a walk when I got the alert on my phone that my AirPods were moving, I texted the receptionist and apparently my AirPods went for a walk too, I was told by the receptionist that the housekeeper forgot that she took that from the room but she bring them back .

I really enjoyed my stay! The room matched the photos exactly and I was satisfied with the accommodations. It isn't the fanciest hotel, but it is a very sweet boutique hotel and was perfectly acceptable, clean, and enjoyable for my 3 days in Istanbul. I especially loved the little balcony, and booked the room specifically to have this amenity. I enjoyed sitting there and watching the activity on the street and having a coffee in the morning. The location of this hotel is very good, super close to İstiklal Caddesi but on a cute little side street. Some reviewers said the street was noisy but I did not encounter this at all. I slept very well in my comfortable bed. The breakfast was one of my favorite parts of the experience. I am honestly surprised at some of the negative or 'meh' reviews of the food. Maybe some people only want certain American/UK breakfast items and are not interested in trying something with flavor. I was happy to be introduced to some Turkish traditional breakfast dishes here for the first time. I am a big foodie so the food situation at a hotel where I am traveling is important to me, and I can tell you the breakfast was amazing! There was so much variety and everything was fresh and delicious. I even could not help myself but to come to breakfast the day I was checking out even though I was immediately heading to breakfast elsewhere. The very best part of the hotel is the staff. So friendly, professional and helpful, in particular Sema and I think his name is Furkan. They are truly wonderful people and I will always remember their kindness to me as I was traveling alone in a country I had never been to before. Big hugs to them!I also got a massage and hamman in the spa, which was very enjoyable and refreshing. I would absolutely book this hotel again the next time I come to Istanbul!

I really like the location, it's so close to Taksim Street and everything, a perfect spot, plus it's right by the metro.

Overall, it was a nice experience, but the hotel's next to a DJ, so it's super noisy on weekends. It'll be a problem for light sleepers.
