Location is Poor but every other thing is very very Okay very Good Hotel

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is very rich and good.

It's a bit difficult to reach the hotel by public transport.

The person received at reception was friendly

Daily cleaning was of not good quality. for example one time room cleaning did not take care of refilling of empty tissue box in washroom and washing of used tea cups and carpet wasn’t vacuumed Hotel wasn’t looking fully occupied and upon check in i requested for room with two single beds but was told no room available which was quite surprising

Ramada Encore kartal is a good hotel everything is fine staff but for tourist location is very far but overall it war good, and one the more just missing the pool in the hotel.

Everything in the hotel was great. It is located only about half an hour from the SAW airport. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. You have an option to choose rooms where smoking is allowed, which is a big rarety these days. The room was clean and cosy, with a very comfortable bed. The internet speed and WiFi signal were both good. The breakfast was great, with a lot of various foods to choose from. The gym is also clean and well equipped, yet doesn't cost extra to use. The entire hotel is clean, and my complimentary water, tea, coffee, etc. were replenished daily by the cleaning ladies. The bus stop going to and coming back from the city is literally right in front of the hotel. There is a grocery store, a café and a bakery within 50 meters from the hotel entrance. Even though I arrived two hours before check-in time, I waited only about half an hour, in the lobby, to get into my room.

I have nothing negative to say about this great hotel.

the sheets for both rooms are not cleaning there are stains on the blanket

Nothing . There was not a single thing to like . Light in suits are insufficient, mattress are old

The staff does not know how to treat their customers! If you ask a fried egg on buffet breakfast it’s extra. If the buffet dish is finished you wait for ages for refill . Night staff ok reception on Friday was very rude and aggressive which made me uncomfortable . Old mattress which gave me backache

My room was non smoking room but we got cigarettes smell coming from the other room next to us which was disturbing

The staff was trying really hard to cover for the shortcomings but we play the card we were dealt with. A free breakfast when I complained for the wrong charge on my card, and hopefully I will get back the wrongly charged amount as promised.

Take a seat it will be long...I gave up after a few rounds but they were not able to charge me with the agreed EUR amount due to machine setup, I am a bit sceptical if it was really my card as it took 10 seconds everywhere else. Finally the offline manual card entry method worked.First night I was unable to sleep because of the noise from the street. There is 0 noise reduction and the top 2 floors are smoking, very poor design. It is not the size of the room really what is terrible, but the layout. Corner rooms are the worse you can't pass without risking to hit the TV. Not a big fan but the channel selection is disappointing. I changed room to one "others like" and I tell by experience there are a lot of worse around here but the reason I decided to cancel the stay and change hotel was the bathroom. No enough space for anything. Not having even a vanity kit granted is just the cream on the pie. The Internet use is a bit more complicated, you need to log in with your passport, but I guess the poor network bandwith requires to not let others using it.The iron was secured into the wardrobe which I could easily take as an offense. Especially as it was burn already, why would I steal it.I am not obsessed vith view but seeing the next building everyday life is not what I expected. The breakfast is not bad, but you can have a lunch for the same price with soup and drinks in the close restaurant and the selection is rather limited.Laundry prices were also crazy, for one week stay value of clothes you can buy a washing machine to the room. ?The most annoying is to have the payment in advance for a week so I could only pass to somewhere else after a week. (Maybe I could force but I gave my word...)Funny fact, same chain, five stars hotel not so far with all the perks has same daily rate with breakfast inclusive. I can't imagine how on Earth it is fully booked...

The rooms and the bathrooms are very small, and they don’t have luggage carrier .

Location: it was close to IKEA which was an important criteria for us.

The double bed has very soft matrice. It's not comfortable for sleeping.
