Movenpick Istanbul Hotel Golden Horn

All things are good .. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Haider, Front Office Manager at Mövenpick Hotel. I had an issue with the room service during my last night, and upon checkout, Mr. Haider handled the situation with great professionalism and humility. His attitude truly made Mövenpick my top choice for future stays.

Location, clean, comfortable

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean

Location is so bad, poor room complimentary drinks and toiletries. Breakfast buffet is limited.

Absolute fantastic area, stayed in many places in Istanbul, but here it felt like Switzerland.An amazing welcoming staff, from reception to the bar personal. Very appreciative for the profesional attitide of Roshat, Egge and Baris, managed well our request for the room. Lovely views.

The staff overall are very nice and helpful. Special mention to Gozde, Behiye, and Busra for the amazing breakfast buffet service ?

I liked the location and staff. The cleanliness was not so bad but was not great either

The mattress is so so bad, both me and my husband couldn’t sleep well at all because of the mattress. Even the pillows are not comfy :(

Reception informed us that dinner is served in the restaurant till 1 am so we planed accordingly. We arrived at 11 pm and were shocked to be informed that dinner can’t be served any longer since kitchen is closed. After along discussion they server us only selective items on the menu.The AC malformationed twice during our stay. However it was fixed with no major problems

Modern hotel but not well located. Room was a normal sized room, with limited facilities.

No improvement possible. The property is located on a busy road which was noisy most of the day. We paid extra to have a sea view but not value for money due to traffic noise.The property is located where there are no restaurants or shops. 3 car dealerships close by and a car repair shop.Coffee cafe nearest place for snacks and drinks but 1/2 mile from hotel and walk was along the busy main road.

Clean, hygienic, well maintained. The staff were very cooperative and helpful too, especially Serkan. Highly recommend this hotel.

The toilet is not fixed and its need to be repaired in room 912 No fan inside bathroom to refresh the air
