It is not clean and very old.

Nice place to stay in this part of Istanbul. We had a balcony with the Seaview. Architecture of the building is beautiful and old fashion styled.

There are a few points you can improve:- Fix the air condition, it starts to drip after 15 minutes of working. We had to put towel beneath.- Fridge didn't work properly

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was always a lovely interaction, especially with the cleaning lady. The location is great for connectivity and transport. The buses to and from the airport are just a short walk away, the port is also just basically across, and there are several small, local restaurants nearby, as well as a couple of grocery stores and pharmacies. Everything you need is within reach of this hotel. There was alao a cute puppy and sassy kitty that would hang out in the lobby. They kept me company while waiting for my room to be ready.

The facilities and building itself are clearly an old building. It could use some polishing up and some repairs, but it didn't take away from our experience.

A simple room that had things I needed for 1 night stay.

There was a desk but no chair, which made eating and applying makeup difficult.

- almost no light - mold in the shower- water was terrible for skin - only LEDs as light source- during our stay the room wasn’t cleaned even once and the towels where only replaced with fresh ones after we went to the staff and asked- beds were very fragile and made a lot of noise

It was safe and quiet place.

The place is falling apart Some deep cleaning and polishing is needed and also fixing the damaged sockets and curtains.

The family attic room was ridiculously small. No wardrobe/Cupboards to store anything. The bed was broken. Very stuffy. The room was very dirty. The shower and toilet were leaking and creating a puddle all over the floor. The ceiling was very low, almost 80% of the room area- standing was not possible and you had to crouch.

Very good location in the Asian part of Istanbul. Family room was very spacious. Relatively clean for a little hotel in the city. Very cute moments in the interior.

A smell in the morning in the lobby., lack of fresh air.

It is a good option for those who plan to do shopping in the Asian part of Istanbul or plan to use a lot of public transport. The hotel is located near the Kadikoy station, which provides so many options to go within the city on public transport. The interior is nicely decorated, super clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the hotel had no kitchen, thus there were no breakfast options. However, there are several cafes that serve breakfast near the hotel.

Staff attitude and their willingness to help. They always greeted us with smile. There was a problem with bathroom which they fixed immediately.

I loved the location and my beautiful wood-carve balcony with a sea view. The staff was polite and welcoming answering all my requests and needs. The room has a cosy bohemian vibe to it and I felt like I was visiting friends or relatives. The small fridge made my stay even more awesome allowing me to cool wine and fruit for al fresco evening dining on the balcony.

This place is not spotlessly clean. Dusty corners and a lived-in feel put me off on my first day there, but I stayed over a week and got used to how things are in Pi Art pretty quickly. There's no smell or anything suspicious, it's just far from being spotless which is ok for its value.

Friendly staff and easy to find. This place was safe to stay in and was very friendly especially when we asked to change our room. The hotel rooms are simple and clean, there was no trouble whilst our stay.

The wifi could have been a bit better as during my stay I had 3 meetings and trying to connect to each one was impossible.

It was nice. I choose this place because of landscape and location.

I haven't trouble sleep, so it was ok for me, but windows are wooden still, so you will hear every single sound outside

The staff are just great welcoming people and they did their best to help us with everything we wanted eventhough it was only a one night stop for us. Super friendly.super helpful.
