The booking clearly mentioned that the suite would include kitchenware, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Upon checking in, I found that these amenities were missing.I approached the reception to address this issue, only to be informed that these items were never available, and the staff dismissed my concerns by stating that this discrepancy was due to Booking.com's description, not their management.This situation has caused significant inconvenience during my stay, as I specifically selected this accommodation based on the listed amenities. I request that you take the following actions:1. Investigate this matter and ensure that the administration of Taxim Hotel Marin adheres to the descriptions provided on your platform.2. Insist that the hotel provide the missing items for the remainder of my stay, as they were a decisive factor in my booking.3. we as a kite are very disappointed with the booking, the reason is that we did not stay in the hotel we booked, they sent us to another much worse hotel without any explanation, thank you very much

The rooms are very large for the price , usually these budget hotels have tiny rooms with barely any room , so I really enjoyed the extra space , also the location is great .

Treatment and Service.I booked 3 nights. The room was not the same as the advertised in the website. I booked a bigger one.First night it was late so I did not say anything.2nd day I told them and they said that it was not possible, there was a Covid patient. (June 2023).I texted Booking and they contacted the Hotel. They accepted to give me the room I booked. I had to wait 2,5 hours and nothing. It was not possible to change the room that day.So I finally changed the roon my last day + night.As conclussion, they are not serious. Sorry guys for my negative review, but we both learn something for next time.

The host was very helpful. I think his name was Rasin. Every time I needed something, he would go all the way up to the 6th floor and show me. The view from the terrace was great . A lot of people wrote about noise in reviews but I did not have any problems

Location was good.

We booked a king size bed, but we took anther room with 3 singel bed.They changed our room. The toilet had a very very low water.we had to say everytime that this or that had problem.I think very very bad services.

They were pathetic! After our confirmed booking they just denied to grant us room. They over booked and clearly said they dont have any room for me. Even their representative were in contact with me on messages regarding any special request of i have. I had clueless and dont know what to do at that time. I suffered alot, went to each and every hotel in the surrounding for my next book. It was a complete disaster. ITS A BIG NO FOR MY SIDE AND I WONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AT ALL!! THEY ARE USELESS AND UNPRROFESIONAL.

I have booked a family suite as it was offered for a discount price. But when we got to the hotel they gave tiny room with a window to the ruins. I asked to change my room and the next day they gave me the same size room in a different hotel. I have chosen this hotel for the location and suite they offered but I did not get the latter. Otherwise, I could book the better one for the same price in the same location.

Bad hotel. Sperm level is not finished. The bathrooms smell very bad, and the noise inside the hotel and outside the hotel from the cafes outside. They charged more than the value because the custodians of the visa and the cleaning team enter the rooms an hour before the delivery time of the rooms and vacate the rooms. A hotel that does not deserve to be called a possible hotel Calling anything but a hotel for the name was only one night, but it was very annoying

We booked terrace which was looked very nice in booking photoes.but reality it was very horrible, feeling unsafe.A big reservuar is stending in this terrace. Furniture is demanged in the room .... Poor room.. We asked to change roomOr refund our money. Manager of this hotel promised us to move to anothe hotel,which is also his and promised to give us two rooms.as we were 4 persons and the room which we booked in photoes looks like two spaces,but reality in this room was only 3 beds. Space of room is good for 4 person. Do not move elevator from first floor ,only from second to 4 floor moves . Terrace was in 5 th floor .the hall of 5 floor was like kiiping warehouse of all kind of staff.After our arrive they told that will put one more bed.we arrived in the evening and they did not prepare our bed for us before arriving. Very dirty and broken sofa was standing there, wallpapers broken.. . Horrible ... So manager said some how stay for this night in hotel Marin and gave us another normal room ,which was only for three person. So,for next day he promised us to move to another hotel with nice rooms. It was very hard for 4 person stay in the room which was for 3 person. So, for next day manager said that he is not going to change us any room and we have to stay in our booked room with terrace ?he said : he has no idea what about we are talking. That night also stay 4 person in the room which is for 3. After I tried to find some my friend from Turkey to talk with them. After my friend talked with him manager gave us another room... So, is was very stressful visit in this hotel. Staff does not speak in English normal, ther is no breakfast space .I am very unhappy for this hotel

i booked a classic suite for my stay in the hotelfirst of all during check in i was told the my room was not free cause the guest staying in refused to check out and extended his stay which is not my problem at all !!! and i'll be staying in another double room not a suite for 1 day and the hotel was fully booked so they changed me to another hotel nearby and i should be able to relocate the next day, so we took our bags and changed to the other hotelcoming back to the hotel the next morning i was told that the room was not ready yet and i'll stay also in a small double room for 1 day till the suite is free the next morning, i was mad at them and requested the difference in money to be refunded for me for the price difference for 2 nights between the double room and suite and was promised to get it during check out as they have already charged my credit card for the whole price of the stay prior to my arrivalduring my check out they refused to give me the money and said no they cannot make any refund for the 2 nights and they even dared to ask for tips for the stuff !!!!!
