The St. Regis Istanbul

The staff was very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Ismail at the breakfast l, that made everything to make us feel comfortable!

I have been there many times and as always all was magnificent , especially the staff, to mention the few Erkan,Mellisa and Omer were excellent.

Breakfast was nice although service was quit slow. Staff was more busy looking on their phones than paying attention to the guests.

- The place is quit outdated and not maintained very well. The rooms and facilities are old and don't meet the 5* level at all. - Breakfast is nice but quit limited- The dishes are extremely overpriced. Almost €20 for a kids pasta meal.

Architecture is beautiful, staff is always smiling g and willing to help. Service level is at the top.

The service was the best part of the stay, followed by the location and the breakfast. It's located between 2 parks and right in the middle of the best shopping area so it was perfect mix of nature and city! Breakfast was sooo good and fresh, drooling just thinking about it right now. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Istanbul! Service was so friendly and warm, made us feel at home right when we arrived, appreciated every single person we encountered. At the end of our stay they gave us this big glass evil eye decor piece which is now hanging above our front door. Lovely touch

The lobby/facilities are probably not as grand as other St.Regis locations, but the location and everything else make up for it.

It wasn’t our first time. Of course hotel is fabulous regarding comfort. Nice room, nice restaurant and everything but the best part is working stuff. I have had medical problem during our stay and hotel staff was extremely helpful. They were very helpful toward my wife and son. Like family. Everyone. Reception desk, concierge, valet service. Thank you very very much. See you again… for sure. You are the best.

The location

I’m not comfortable because I have some issues in my room the shower not working , the bathroom not working and 2 days doesn’t clean my room and bad service from one staff in the reception

Mr Eren at the reception was excellent. Very kind, understanding. He is an asset to the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Hotel. The property was immaculate, with every corner of the hotel exuding cleanliness and care. My room was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day.What stood out the most was the exceptional staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist with anything I needed. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable.Additionally, the hotel felt very safe and well-managed, which added to my peace of mind. I highly recommend the St. Regis Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious yet welcoming place to stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

Bathrooms, the lights were all or nothing. Couldn't access the toilet without switching all lights on. Outdated rooms. Breakfast was hit and miss

The location is very good and the hotel staff very nice.

The noise that you get to hear from outside it was not comfortable. Also it needs some renovation.

Spacious and modern rooms, excellent location.

1. Windows were not totally sound proof. Outside street noise can be heard.2. Set menu at breakfast. Would prefer if it was buffet with more options.3. Turn down service need to be improved.

The hotel staff is Trustable, I forgot my diamond bracelet in the room when checking out, and I called them after 1 day it’s still there and got it back
