Friendly staff

Hotel seemed under staffed, in room service was slow, staff didn’t speak English, sink and bathtub wasn’t working properly

Very nice hotel! Not far away from the airport. I was a little taken back by the measures of security at the hotel, but over all it was a GREAT experience.

An exceptional stay! Everything was absolutely perfect. Breakfast quality was outstanding with a wide variety of options. The staff were extremely helpful, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

A beautiful location at the heart of Atakoy. I had a wonderful week, it started with a friendly welcome at the reception. I had a spacious room having a very nice view. Adding to that the special served restaurant with varieties. And i admire all the staff. You’re doing a great job. Çok teşekkür ederim ?

Comfort, very lux

The location was a bit out of the way coming back from Istanbul. The price of taxi coming back was more than getting there

The location was good for what we wanted.

First room was dirty. Had to move. Room service forgot to bring food and it was noisy with a wedding party

Property was extremely comfortable, spacious rooms, plenty of elevators, great breakfast, very well equipped gym with large indoor pool, and amazing staff

Bit too far from centre or metro stop. Taxis easy to get but a high percentage want to rip you off

The Hotel itself and the Pool

The Lift System which only Allows you to go on the Floor you have Rooms i had a big Family Tour with 14 People unfortunately we got Rooms on different Floors which was an Issue for us but the Hotel itself is absolutely Amazing

The hotel itself is amazing, elegant, and neat. The wellness area, awesome (pool, spa, hammam). The breakfast is mostly Turkish, which I find excellent, other international options are also available. The beds are comfy. The internet is OK. The rooftop bar views are beautiful.

Not a big deal, but the location of the hotel. Everything is far away and we always needed taxis (they don't accept card payments most of the time).

i called to the hotel and ask about the transportation to pic me from the airport. the who Revie the call he answers me that we have any car transportation

We arrived very early and there were no rooms ready for an early check-in. Yusuf was very helpful and directed us to the change rooms and the pool/spa area where we used the facilities freely until check in time. It was chilly outside, but the indoor pool, hot tube and sauna were lovely. When we checked in, Yusuf had upgraded our room to a suite. The room was fantastic!

We ate lunch around the pool and I found the quality of food lacking given the high prices. I had a hamburger that was very mediocre.

The whole staff was very helpful, concierge and reception as well.

The bar upstairs was too old fashioned and empty

The registration desk staff, breakfast staff and the gym and pool staff were outstanding. The room are bright and clean.

The dinner meal and service were ordinary. The waiters were telling customers they were outsourced and needed big tips. For what we had it was overpriced. The waiters were disengaged and the meal was the standard of a budget airline. Don’t eat there, but go to the nearby restaurant area near the metro station. So different to the breakfast which was outstanding and which we really loved.

I had an amazing stay. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. A special shoutout to Aziz—he went above and beyond to help us with everything. I’ll definitely be back!

Someone was looked to my passport where I am from and it’s not kind I was afraid cuz I am from Israel and the situations is so bad now

The hotel is clean, quiet and peaceful. The front desk team is wonderful, always ready to help with big smile!

Specially thanks for the Gozde , she is lovely and makes us feel like we at home. Also Yusuf from reception were always very kind and helpful

Especially the staff members from the front desk, which from the beginning until our check-out, they have treated us with such a professionalism, experience and care in a way we will never forget. I can highlight Mr Yusuf & Mr Berat from the front desk. Also the personnel working in the spa’s front desk were so nice with my wife. They celebrated my wife’s birthday offering to us a surprise fruit plate after her massage section. Excellent hotel. Tks for everyone working there. We will never forget our stay in Hyatt!
