I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to all the important spots for visitors. The place is clean, and the staff are very nice and friendly. They even helped me with the shipping company. Highly recommended

The only thing is that the room looked bigger in the photos than in reality, but overall I still had a great experience.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, close to many places and services.What really caught my attention was the pleasant scent in the room and corridors, as well as the toiletries provided, as they use an Istanbul fragrance which I personally liked a lot.Overall, it was a very good experience, especially for those who prefer staying in a well-located hotel

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is excellent, very close to the tram T1 and within walking distance of Galata Bridge and Galata tower and Istanbul Modern. A perfect base for exploring the city.

On the downside, the rooms are not very well soundproofed, so noise from other guests arriving late at night or leaving very early in the morning for the airport can be disturbing.

The hotel’s location is excellent. It is very close to Galataport and easily reachable on foot. Galata Tower is also nearby, which makes sightseeing very convenient. In addition, both the tram station and bus stops are just a short walk from the hotel, making it easy to get around Istanbul.

Rooms without view

The lobby, room, restaurant and staff were all excellent. Very warm greeting every time you stepped into the hotel. The rooftop restaurant was so good we went back for another night over a reservation we made The room was exactly what was described and beautiful

Really nothing

Very very small room bellow the standard really there is no place to but my luggage path room water coming out when taking shower breakfast too limited item

The location was perfect for a short stay in Istanbul. Right on the Tran, near the ferry and the tunnel. The backstreets behind the hotel had nice little restaurants . The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The room was quite even though the hotel is on BBC a busy street. The doorman and receptionists were extremely helpful with restaurant and taxi reservations and with transportation tips.

It was all good

Very good location, walking distance to restaurants and to spice market. Large room, clean, breakfast has good variety of food, hot food can be ordered to be made to your liking. Would definitely stay here again

Nothing to dislike

The location was amazing — perfectly situated between Galata Tower, Galataport, and karakoy Street. It made it easy to explore the area, and everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away. The staff were also amazing at the front desk

In winter, the AC doesn’t work for heating or ventilation, and the window only opens about 20%, so the room often felt stuffy. It was also noisy on some nights. I stayed for seven nights, and the room wasn’t cleaned properly during my stay. The bathroom amenities were very minimal as well.

Great location in the Karakoy neighborhood, staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was plentiful. You can walk up a steep hill 10 minutes or take the Funicular to get to the Galata area. You can walk across Galata Bridge or take the Tram 1 stop to the old city.

Location, location, location! It was close to the metro line and walking distance to the Pier and a vast selection of restaurants and food outlets. The room was bright and comfortable. The window shutters were quaint! ???The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Special mention to Aykut (Front Desk Department) - you're a star! ???

The gym was on the smaller side but functional. It was located on the basement, the part of the hotel that needs TLC. ?The breakfast spread is good but adding more options wouldn't hurt. ?

Reception, staff, food service and location are elite. I’ve extended my stay twice during the same week. Very accommodating and beautiful hotel. All the best and see you again.

The room I booked was spacious and I especially enjoyed how spacious the bathroom was, lots of room to move around in the hotel room which I definitely did enjoy! But the highlight for me was the breakfast, the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had in hotels, it is varied between continental and traditional Turkish offerings which for a first time visitor like me totally satisfied my tastebuds on Turkish breakfast foods.

The room I booked while there is a table for work, the chair was more like a stool so I couldn't really use the table for work, which was not an issue for me as I found other places to work on my laptop but for others it might be.

The location is not bad, 15 min walk from galata. But to get there you should walk up the hill.

The hotel is definitely not 5*, max 3. Very small rooms, everything very old.

The staff are well dressed and were kind , the level of hygiene and cleanliness is extremely good. I had to extend my stay due to issues with my airlines, and the hotel provided me with a room till my next flight.
