Very clean, true to description, very comfortable, friendly staff, good and tasty breakfast options. Close and walkable to main site attractions.

Did not have conditioner or do not disturb sign to decline daily room service

Good location. Family room aspect is very good where i can be assured that my kids will be safe as its within my control. So that part was good. Staff was good they allowed me to check in a little early and i checked out early as well due to my early flight

AC in my main room was not working and they seemed to be aware of that but they didn't fix it despite telling them the issue. They did provide me the fan but it was very much hot weather so it didn't work out very well. The water was also standing within one of the bathroom, again it was not rectified properly. It would have been good if you can inspect the rooms and to make sure that basic facilities is working

Nice vibe, playful and relaxed. Plenty of shared space and helpful friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Very clean and well maintained. The location is good, slightly tucked away but near the major attractions. I barely made it out of the museum district.

Most of the nearby places to eat are a bit spendy. Recommend leaving the immediate area for more budget friendly eats.

Very good breakfast and perfect location. On the roof top, there is a terrace with a view on city and the ocean.

The hotel rooms and views from the terrace on top are amazing. It also has a good location, short walk to the Sultanahmet and Ai Sophia, without much of hill incline to hike (the road there from the hotel is mostly flat which is nice, as area is hilly).Good breakfast too, the place was clean, helpful staff.

Rooms design is very basic, I think they could be improved even with the limited space the rooms have (common for this area of the city). The rooms that are facing the internal side of the building do not have much of air flow.

Bathroom had mold on the walls and taps. Shower doors didn’t close. Curtains were ripped a bit

Hidden treasure of a hotel on many levels with a stunning roof terrace looking at Little Hagia Sofia and the sea. Each room has its own arty character and there are many photos in the hallways of stars from McCartney to Ozzie Osborne. Breakfast is goodand plentiful. Bathrooms well equipped and staff very helpful.

Super staff. People were really nice. Good Location. Good breakfast so good value for money! I recommend it!

It was close to the main attractions and pretty close to the tram.. hotel staff were well spoken and very friendly.. breakfast was amazing . My favourite meal of the day.. not the usual breakfast..

If you want to be close (walking distance) to The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophie etc. then this is the location to be. It's a short walk to the tram station. plenty of cafes, restaurants, etc. close by. The breakfast was adequate and plentiful and got us through to a late lunch. Remember that this is a budget hotel so don't expect 5 star. We don't like paying $500 a night for a bed and this hotel with very helpful and friendly staff served us well.

Great location just a short walk away from major tourist sights. Breakfast was variable and really tasty. The rooms are small but clean and cozy. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff was really helpful.

I would say, for the money we paid it was really good, the location was perfect near the train station about (5 minutes walk) from there u could reach all the destinations u want. The good were Ok , were cleaned daily and the staff were really nice.

Unlike most of the hotels in Istanbul, which had made us disappointed from staying in Istanbul again, here everything was super, we loved the space, the room, the location, the view on the terrace, and something exceptional for us was their hospitality and generosity! In a touristic neighborhood where most of the shops have established to cheat you, these great people here shared love, hospitality, and Oriental generosity! Every single staff member, from the boss to the house cleaners, behaved so well, kind, and with love. Good breakfast, and a permanent store of water and nice tea for free! This is an Oriental generosity for guests that is unfortunately disappearing in Turkey, but these nice people showed us that they still think that money is not everything! They also let us visit our friends on their terrace, and when we wanted to make our food hot, foods bought from somewhere else, in the middle of the night, they even changed our plastic plates for the microwave and said "they're not good for your health, we serve in a plate for you and bring them". This didn't have any financial benefit for them, but they behaved so kind and impressed us. Also our flight was early and we asked for lunch box, they gave us a very clean, generous pack, as if they made it for themselves. This was so adorable. We were really impressed after many bad experiences in Istanbul hotels. They really changed our mind about staying in Istanbul. So when we come back again to Istanbul, we'll definitely come back here. We prefer to spend our money somewhere that they care about people and not think only of money. Bravo to all of you, and I deeply appreciate you all for the nice vacation and memories you made for us.

The only thing that I didn't go for the score 10, was about the cold breakfast. But later in the last day they corrected that.

The room was big and comfortable, although I did not realize it did not have TV when I booked it. The hotel location is very close to main attractions but in a very quiet street.

The breakfast was dissapointing in freshness, options and even the place for breakfast was not very clean.
