Mini Harem Hotel

Really nice hotel in a quiet area on the Asian side of Istanbul with an amazing coffee shop next door. Staff were friendly and helpful; the room was small but very clean and comfortable and the balcony was nice (even though there was a construction site next door).

Small boutique hotel with coffee shop on the lovely quiet Asian side of Istanbul. Easy walk to ferry and public transportation. Staff were friendly, welcoming , helpful. Free bottled water, coffee and tea. Wonderful restaurants nearby.

No elevator and stairs up from street . Staff helped with luggage so it was not an issue if you can climb a couple flights of stairs.

They cancelled our Booking with 3 hours before our arrival, when we were on the plan without internet, so we only found that when we arrived at the hotel at 10pm. They were very rude and told us this is business. I gave them a bad review on Google as well and they lied as couldn't imagine, saying that we disturbed their property. We only asked them why they canceled the booking even though I mentioned we arrive late and our booking was guaranteed by the card. According to the booking rules, if we didn't show up, they will charge our money. Anyway, because they went so far with lying, I asked legal issue on booking and provided them with a recording of our conversation with the receptionist, so we can prove all they lies they said.So, basically, if I cancel, they take my money. If they cancel, nothing happens. Congrats, guys!

Had everything even though smaller bathroom than one would wish to have. But very nice shower and working facilities. Very nice to have masjid right across for prayers. Pretty easy street parking.

The room was comfortable with a private balcony, and the common space also had a great view. The staff also went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Very friendly staff. Free drinks at the cafe downstairs was very nice too, making up for the price difference of other places. The Wifi connection in the room was very bad, but in the lobby and cafe you can get a great connection. Comfortable beds. Peaceful neighbourhood. You'll need an eye mask because the curtains aren't blackout. Also bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper because there are two mosques next door and the morning call to prayer is loud.

It is small and cozy, and location was great for where we were at, and wanted to see.And the staff gave us a great birthday surprise for my partner! Very enjoyable to see!

Our room had electrical problems with the outlets, some did not work or were very weak.

Pretty neat little hotel. We also loved the location. Early check in was really appreciated.
