The hotel is in a great location — close to major sightseeing spots and the sea. The price is very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and suitable for everyone — whether you’re traveling alone or with family. The staff are extremely polite and kind, always ready to help. If I visit Istanbul again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel.

The location was great! We could visit the Blue Mosque in less than 10 minutes. There was on outside noise and the room was just what we were looking for.

Central to major tourist attractions

Room was dirty. Food was left in the fridge from previous guest. Second room is a pull out couch, which was already converted into a bed. When we tried to put it back to a couch, it was disgusting underneath. The windows were stuffed with old bedsheets. Staff were friendly

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options every morning. The location is great too, close to the main attractions and easy to get around with public transport. My room was clean and comfortable, and I had everything I needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

It was more dated than expected but extremely good value for money

Very close to tourist attractions including a tram station and the staff very friendly and helpful.Cleaning is done every day.15 minutes on foot to the Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet

Breakfast is recommended to be changed daily, you can't eat the same food.The furniture that needs to be changed including the flooring.You don't have much space in the room.The air conditioning is poorly positioned.Parking is paid separately and they set the price on the spot; you can find cheaper options elsewhere if you are patient.

The facilities are old. Some lights not working at room. I booked two family rooms but at the time of check in they don’t have available for one!

Location was good

Well, I booked two triple rooms, but they gave us two double rooms with an extra bed. When I informed them that this was not what I had booked, they attempted to deceive me by claiming that it was actually a triple room. I presented them with the booking pictures, but they apologized and said there was nothing they could do. After that, the man from our group spoke to them, and they eventually changed the room. I had a feeling that they were not taking my complaint seriously because I was a woman.

The location of the hotel so bad ..u cant go walking in the area..it is a mountainous area either a strong rise or strong drop ..even by car its difficult to reach the hotel because of an elevated area ..I leave the hotel instead of I payed for them already

For me personally the hotel was a great experience! Very clean, everything worked in the room, we got very good service everyday. Breakfast was plenty, toiletries refilled, parking at arriving hour, was fixed immediately by the personnel. I felt safe and very well welcomed. Easy to get at the location, easy to leave the town. Short walking distance to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. But what I want to highlight the most is that the host and the personnel were incredibly welcoming and permisive, they answered all our needs and necessities right away! Good job guys, and thank you!

Amazing location and very friendly staff. For us the parking was of a great importance and it was worth it for the price of 15 Euro, knowing the location of the hotel. We were close to Istanbul University (10/15 min. walk) and a lot of the major markets, transport hubs (metro, tram, bus) and popular locations on the European side of Istanbul.

There is a limited amount of parking slots so it's best to contact the hotel in advance. The parking is on the street so it was a but surprising, but we hadn't checked it before booking.

We had a really great experience at this hotel. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us check in before the usual time. On top of that, they upgraded one of our rooms to a much bigger one with two bedrooms sea view— completely free of charge!The breakfast was honestly something else — very delicious, fresh, and different every day. We really looked forward to it each morning.The staff were amazing. Every single person we interacted with — at the reception or in the kitchen — was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. Whatever we needed, they were there right away to help.They also let us do a late checkout, which was really generous. We checked out around 7 PM at no extra cost, and that was a huge help.The location is perfect too — just a short walk to the tram, close to Sultanahmet Mosque and all the main sights. You can easily get anywhere from here.If I come back, I’ll absolutely choose this place again. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting!
