Urban Hotel Bomonti

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean

I took a family room with a balcony, but I did not find the balcony and the lack of hot water in the bathrooms. The bathrooms need maintenance in terms of sewage, and the lighting of the rooms is insufficient.and no free parking ..

Helpful staff, not a bad location.

Shame that the pool wasn¿t usable.

Bathroom and shower was discussing. Breakfast was not good at all

Staff if very friendly, the guy at the reception had good English.

The room smelled awful of cigarettes. My clothes absorbed the smell.Bathroom cleanness was mediocre.

I made a mistake in my reservation due to time difference and they allowed me to stay without any charge. My room was clean and comfy. Hotel is in a central area that you can find coffee shops, pubs in walking distance and shopping malls by driving 10 mins.

Caring Staff

Rooms were quite hot. The only option to cool was to open windows. The holel is located in a very noisy area in the middle of six intersecting roads with sirens and car horns sounding till after midnight

Good location, pleasant staff.

Traffic was noisy and the windows couldn't block the noise well.

Staff was really friendly and nice.

There was no information regarding location of hotel on Highway. Overpass was exactly on our room's level and it was very noisy. There was too much sun whole day in our room and when we tried to turn conditioner, it was impossible, while the whole system was turned to heating and as they were expecting colder days in a week, they did not change system. they offered ventilator, but it was not an option for us. Regarding breakfast that was included in price, it was a surprise that ordering omelet was possible for extra fee and was not included in breakfast.

Staff upgraded me for free. They were very nice. Affordable hotel

Nothing at all

The hotel a waste of money, rooms are extremely small, corridors and room smells really bad, very noisy from both street and other guests, people were partying until 6 in the morning and we couldn't sleep, and hotel did nothing for that.

The hotel was very cozy, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. There were great restaurant with delicious breakfast, staff was friendly and helpful. My recomendations! ✨✨✨

A nice and very clean hotel. The staff is amazing, friendly and kind, they helped us change the reservation dates despite the Booking policy.Thank you,it was a pleasant stay !

My arrival was brightened up by the staff. Very polite and considerate. They helped me in a difficult moment.Convenient location on the way to the airport.

The staff were wonderful, the amenties were simple and the location was great

Hotel location is really good for the people who travels for medical checkups at the Memorial hospital. By taxi its like 5 min drive and costs under 100 turkish lira. However, they charge 100 lira anyways. Which is not a big deal. Staff at the hotel were very helpful, for ordering taxis and etc. Unfortunately i m realising, i havent asked their names. We had family suite and each room has its own bathroom that was amazing deal. And breakfast i think for the cost of a stay is worth it. It could have been better but its not 5 star hotel. ?

Rooms do need renovations! Hotel has very good potential after renovation i think they will get even more customers and even more best reviews. And also more lights (on the ceilings maybe) in the rooms would be perfect.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. It is located near to the shopping area and restaurants. Transportation was easily accessible..

Nice modern hotel not far from shops and other activities The staff was absolutely amazing helpful Even they surprised my husband with a cake as it was his birthday that was a great gesture from them absolutely unexpected
