all something very good the location near all something , the breakfast is varied and the room very clean . the staff very friendly .

only the problem room is small.

Tiny, dirty. Toilet was malfunctioning and none took care of it.

It’s right in the center of old town, walking distance to famous attractions, restaurants, parks The rooftop restaurant is a plus.

A lit noise as the tram running almost all day long

The Hotel is great, the beds are super comfortable, the room is equipped with all essentials, decoration is beautiful and we immediately felt welcomed by every member of the reception staff. The location is one of the strongest points but the cherry on top of the cake was the breakfast team. Not only the view is breathtaking but Ali and Turgay are masters at their game, the way they treated us, the way we saw them treating other guests and specially all children is priceless. Everyone in the accommodation business should learn from those guys and we miss them already.

The WiFi signal inside our room was very weak.

This Hotel I give it 4 starts because the AC was not working at that moment, I don't care about AC but, my friend had a hard time to fall sleep, otherwise, location was perfect, close to everything. We were able to walk without problem everywhere. Close to the majority of tourist attraction. The breakfast was excellent, it was the best breakfast ever. The restaurant at the rooftop is great, wonderful attention, staff was excellent and the food 10 of 10. My flight was early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. and they gave us a sandwich to go and made us a fresh capuchino, of course I did asked for it the night before. Thank you.

The AC was not working, everything else was great. Thank you.

The friendliness of staff. Location Breakfast was excellent. The staff in the restaurant Ali and Turgay were cooperative, friendly, helpful and always smiling.The front desk staff were always helpful and took care of all our needs, Baran, Mesoud and Dindar. Shahnaz from Housekeeping was very accommodating.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was great at the top of the hotel, with great ambiance and scenery. Especially Ali, the manager of the restaurant. He was very nice and took care of the customers. He was great. Hard working and very kind.

Air conditioning wasn't turned on yet, was a little challenging communicating bc we only speak english but staff was very kind to try to communicate with us

Very friendly staff and exceptional breakfast location and rooftop restaurant. Especially Ali and his team up at the rooftop were stellar and provided amazing service while being ever friendly.Spectacular view from up there as well, plus the location of the hotel in general is obviously great and right next to both the Sirkeci and Gulhane stations.

Not much to dislike. Maybe a few of the items around the room were showing their age a bit, toilet wobbled a bit for example and the shower was hard to keep at a specific temperature.

When we first got there, we were a little disappointed with the size of the room and the lack of view from the windows, but the minute we stepped out and got a look at the area, we realized how perfectly it is located. So many great restaurants within walking distance. We walked to nearly all attractions, and took the tram for the rest, which we also got on after a very short walk from the hotel. The breakfast itself is well worth the stay, and the view from the rooftop makes up for the view from the room. Everyone at the rooftop and front desk was super helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed our mornings at the rooftop, and all 3 servers were great. Highly recommend staying here, and cannot wait to go back!
