Alfa Hotel

The structure of the rooms was well designed, the balcony was cosy, the hotel was close to most sightseeings.

Breakfasts did not have much variation.

The hotel is very well located,we had a room with a generous balcony,IT was warm,no problem with the water pression,even at the 4th level.

Breakfast very poor,same things every morning.The lithening system of the room insuficient.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel again

The property, its facilities, bedrooms and breakfast were very poor

Location of hotel is great, price is good. Receptionist was very kind, and his English was very good.

We slept 2 nights in same room, and left card to clean up room, but room wasnt cleaned, towels wasnt changed. Bed sheets also stayed same for 2 nights. Breakfast included in room price was poor.

Cleanliness

The room was not cleaned at all for the whole week. The garbage was taken after three days only after we asked them to. The mini bar included only water. Breakfast was awful, the same,and cheap Some things were Not fresh. The Internet was very slow. I would absolutely Not recommend it to anyone. The hotel stinked with the smell of cigarette

The mattress was damaged and needs to be replaced, the room was too hot with little ventilation

we found BED BUGS in our room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. the staff is very unfriendly, and when we showed them our bed, which was full of bugs, they literally kicked us out of the hotel and yelled at us for all that. never again, never to that hotel.

I’m did bookings 3 single bad but they give me 1 single 1 double totally wrong and breakfast was really bad only cheap items in breakfast

If I give any good point it’s because of dear person from Tajikistan who works there, head of cleaning in Kat 2, and Cihan who was in reception.

The hotel was extremely dirty and the area was extremely bad. but staff and owner was nice and I loved them all.

We recommend a child’s breakfast like cereal, but other than that the staff were excellent, and the rooms were comfy. :)

Some times it was a little bit loudly, thats way in the city center, but its ok :)

Not surprising, as I knew what to expect, meaning the hotel, its amenities and the surroundings.As a bonus post-pandemic, the breakfast came into individual portions, individually packed in protection foil.

Message to management: please consider to make some of the rooms as "non-smoking". The smell was so deep impregnated in curtains and walls in out room, so we needed to keep the window almost always open. Fortunately, the weather was very pleasant during our stay.

very bad experience. the police also came when they falsely accused me of not having the money to pay for the hotel, the second day. bypass this hotel.I have never had such a bad experience with the staff.
