Pera Luna Residence

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, nice large bathroom and great walking location to restaurants and sites! Staff also helped arrange a very early morning taxi for us to the airport to head home- thank you!

Great location and friendly staff. The breakfast was good and offered a fair variety at the buffet. There’s a free piano recital every Saturday with snacks and sweets — I was lucky to be there to enjoy it!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, treated us very good. The smell of the room was nice and clean , towels were clean as well. And bed is comfortable. But blanket was soo thin. The location of the hotel was perfect.

The loby had body odor smell. Should look at that problem because it felt terrible.

The location is amazing, just 2 minutes’ walk to Taksim Square and the mosque. The staff are very cooperative and supportive, always ready to help.

Nothing major to mention, overall everything was comfortable.

We had our room in the last floor, the view was perfect, however the AC wasn’t working well, the reception employee Mr. Duan was very friendly and supportive

It is located in a slipping road

Great locaion on Taksim Square; front desk staff very helpful in finding out how I could buy tickets for an upcoing concert. Well done!

Only negarive feature is the entrance is on a steep sloping road, and steps up to the hotel; might be tricky for elderly/mobility impaired guests. Other than that, a great stay!

The stuff, the facilities, the breakfast, the location, the room

Location. Very friendly receptionist.

The lady at the breakfast was not friendly at all. Only with Russian speaking clients.

I really liked the hotel. Great location, attentive staff, tasty and varied breakfast, high-quality room cleaning, and fresh towels every day. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

best location, nice personl

bed was small, and noise isolation was not good, breakfast could be better also, but overall im satisfied

A small and charming hotel near Taksim Square. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The staff is super friendly. The soundproofing in the room is poor, so if you’re sensitive to noise, this place might not be for you.

What a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect — close to everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

The rooms, cleanliness, comfort and the location

The noise at night. It gets really noisy and the windows do not block the noise.

Very nice place, bed is very comfortable, staff was very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this place

Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good, fresh. best location, 1 minute away there is metro, bus.
