The hotel on2 intersections, so the noise is disturbance.

one of the hotel's guests had a key opening the door of all the rooms, by mistake he ended up in the wrong floor opening my room, When I contacted the staff they said that it was a mistake and acted like nothing happened..just a mistake..

Very small reception and elevator as well as the room sizeThe bathroom has glass doors which limit the privacy I get a connected room and the smaller room has no window and it was so uncomfortable.

Every thing out side you listen and the electricity off from my room for 2 day then fix it after that the next day all the hotel off the electricity

Excellent location right in the center of tourist attractions. Very convenient for walking around, with beautiful walks nearby, cute coffee shops, restaurants, and many small convenience stores (like 7-Eleven). Everything is close, lively, and fun. The hotel is clean, which made the stay very comfortable. Spacious and well-designed rooms. Family connecting rooms are available, offering privacy while still being connected. Staff were very kind and helpful. Stairs are available (great for those who dislike elevators), though the elevator is quite small. Airport transfer was easy to arrange, quick, and comfortable. The car was large and convenient. An enjoyable and stress-free stay.

While not everyone speaks English fluently, they are happy to help and try to understand. If there is a language barrier, you can ask for someone who speaks English or use a translator — the staff are patient.

The breakfast was nice, typical Turkish breakfast, very fresh.

The curtains allow light seepage at the ends and with flood lights on the outside of the building, you can not make the room dark.

I had a room with the balcony and it was great! Quiet at night, very buzzy during the days. Near to nice shopping. Room is tiny but very ergonomic, so everything really fits in. The balcony was a super treat.

The coffee shop was working wierd hours. The resto on top of the hotel serves great food, but the service was quite bad.

The location

My experience at this property was very disappointing. From the beginning, the staff were not cooperative and I did not receive any assistance with my luggage. The room provided was not as described or agreed upon, and when I raised my concerns, the response from the staff was unprofessional and unacceptable. The cleanliness of the room was below standard; I even had to wash the cups myself, and the kettle was full of limescale. In addition, the air conditioning did not cool properly, and when maintenance checked it, I was told that this was the maximum level of cooling. Overall, the stay did not meet basic expectations and I would not consider returning.

Free High Speed Wifi, One of the best Meal Venues on the Top Floor. 24 Hour Access, Even provided a Free Room Upgrade. Staff were exeptional. This was like a 5 Star !!

Property is convenient to everything in Beyoğlu and Karakoy. The room was clean, the a/c was cold and the housekeeping service was excellent. It's in the city- which means you hear city noises. Didn't bother me. Front desk staff was very kind.

The pillows aren't great, but I appreciate the terry cloth pillow case for damp hair.

The staff was so warm and welcoming. They held our luggage after checkout, gave us tips on taking the tram and walking to the port to take our cruise which is very close. We were so close to the galata tower so pretty at night. Umbrella street also so close and has a lot of restaurants. The brekfast was to die for prepared by a master chef. My taste buds did not know what to do. Do not miss the breakfast with a nice view.
