I noticed rooms floring updates since last time I was there back in 2020, the same goes for the bathrooms they look great

Didnt like the breakfast and the fact that there is no menue to select from! also the food offered looks kinda cheap, one more thing, taxi service offered by hotel is over priced! mean like by 40% higher

The main reason I selected this hotel was that on your website they offer airport shuttle. This is not true and it needs to be removed from your website. The only airport transportation they offer is assisting you with getting a taxi. This was a major

The location of this hotel is great, it’s near a metrostation which you can take to go anywhere in Istanbul.

We booked a standard room, when we first entered the room the whole room smelled like sweat, the covers smelled very badly and it was not a room as mentioned in the picture when booking. The curtains couldn’t close fully which led to a room that was never fully dark and at 7o clock in the morning we were always woken up because of the sun shining directly at out face. Besides that it sounded like the windows were open all the time, we could hear everything that was going on outside, the windows didn’t close well. Overall we had a very bad experience in this hotel and I won’t be coming back.

Nothing- disgusting and dirty and they do not change the bedsheets.

Breakfast was buffet style and continental. Please give special thanks to the chef. Room was high class. Bathroom really modern. Staff were all good .it was a real 4 star hotel apart from the minibar. They changed my room when the aircon was not working .

All mini fridges in this hotel don't work properly. In fact not cold at all.Wifi was not good in our room. Maybe other rooms better.

The breakfast is the same story every day, there is no diversification, and you must come early so that the breakfast does not end, because they do not re fill the buffet .. limited quantity No iron and iron table

The reception staff is not respectful, they forced me upon my arrival to pay extra money. and when I did check out they told me to pay a charge for nothing but I refused it . So I did not comfortable with them.

The breakfast was adequate, consisted of bread, green olives, black olives, cucumber, carrot, cereal, juices, tea, coffee, water, omelettes on request, butter, jam, honey. Pastries, chocolate cake. The breakfast was served between 7.30-10.00pm. Staff were very helpful and the area was very well kept clean and tidy.The location was excellent close to eateries and a supermarket SOK was over the road from hotel, The Metro was within walking distance and easy to follow in subway. There was a very good Shopping Mall Cevahir got metro didn’t take long to reach. Went to Taksim Square There were so many shops and places to eat but put comfy shoes on the strip is long. A must try is Kumpir and Kunefe. Ice cream one is 200tl but you can get one for 20tl. Next a massive thank you to AYTEN she kept our room super clean and changed beds and towels daily - hugs and miss your smiling face.

The bathroom blind could not be opened due to people being able to look in shame they could not frost the windows so then would be able to feel more relaxed in shower.

geographic and great location, local and brand stores near the hotel, a lot of restaurants around, a pharmacy, emergency/hospital, and groceries store around, gevahir mall also near of the hotel.

Everything was awesome, I used to book in this hotel since December 2016, I am visiting Istanbul twice a year

Location, breakfast, and comfy beds.

It can be very noisy in the early morning due to the traffic in the street. Also, the hit water in the bath tub does switch to cold water by itself every 30 seconds. I don't know why. In addition, I believe it is super pricy and should be less expensive.
