Mint Residence Taksim

Location is excellent, close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city. Hotel staff are friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with anything needed.

Less than 5-min walk to Taksim/Istiklal man street. Very close to SOK market to get essentials and some snacks. Very quick check-in and check-out process. Very polite, friendly and accommodating staff.

Simple place but clean and cosy. Location was central , staff were brilliant and helpful. Bring a pair of ear plugs as street noise can be disturbing at times.

The property is just few minutes away from Isteklal street where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. You may leave your suitcases when you arrive earlier than your check in time. They also have an elevator which was convenient.

Only 1 pillow per person, no complimentary water inside the fridge. And no DND door hanger. The room was too small to fit large suitcases, however given with the price it was good enough.

Hotel & location were great -just behind Istiklal street so it was easy to shop/eat & take a break at the hotel whenever. We were 3 girls & felt very safe. Stayed on the last floor (during the weekend) & didn't hear any noise. Rooms were clean & spacious bathroom. We were lucky to have early check-in as we arrived a few hours early & a lovely man helped us with our luggage. We had a little medical emergency & the staff went out of their way to help us which we really appreciated.Big thank you to the lovely hotel staff - everyone was very friendly & helpful. Looking forward to staying there again :)

Great location near Taksim Square, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean, and although it’s in the middle of the city, it wasn’t noisy. Also, the receptionist, Mr. Rasim, was exceptionally nice and accommodating. I would definitely come back for this level of friendliness.

The internet sometimes disconnected, which was inconvenient. I also had to ask for water and hair conditioner every time I needed them—I expected those to be provided in the room by default.

Excellent location, 5 min walk from Taksim Square Metro. Located in a quiet quirky laneway with tea houses, fruit shop and other hotels.

The riot squad vehicles were set up around the corner, so this was a little unnerving. It was luckily all very quiet and the police were happily sitting in cafes.

The staff was very accommodating, and the place is spotless and comfortable. Will stay there again with a heart beat!

The staff was very helpful with check in, helping me with my luggage, helping with directions and helping me get to the taxi stand in the wee hours of the morning. It’s very easy to get to from the metro but in the metro it was hard to find the right exit. The Taksim area very close but also very crowded.

The room is quite small. Hard to maneuver around 2 suitcases on the floor. The noise from the bars was minimal but the beat of the music was constant until closing. The A/C noise drowned out the sounds.

The host was very welcoming, rooms were very clean, and the location was great. We were easily able to see all the peak tourist sites, great shopping and food. great price for a great location.

The rooms were a bit small but great value for the price.

Mint Residence Taksim is a cosy place in a quiet alley. It is close to all amenities such as Metro, shops and restaurants. Their WiFi is super fast which is a bonus ! I will definitely stay with them next time I visit Istanbul.

The owner is very welcoming and supportive. He was always ready to help us whenever we had questions. The rooms were fine, and the hotel provides an oven, allowing us to warm up and enjoy cooked food from the market instead of spending a lot of money on meals.

Loved everything! Great location, helpful and kind staff, clean room, nice lighting, and we appreciated the daily cleanings.

The only improvement would be a kettle in the room!

Hosting family were amazing, very hospitable, and friendly, they allowed me for early check-in as my plane was arriving early in the morning which was such a cute gesture, also the location is amazing only 3 mins walk to taksim square, totally recommended, definitely visiting again

The hotel has good location. Just few minutes walk to the Taksim, Istiklal street and public transport. Owner of the hotel was very kind and helpful to meet our needs. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

It would be good to provide at least one bottle of drinking water and two ceramic cups or glasses in rooms for guests who just arrived to hotel after long flight or trip. Also, having an electric ketlle to boil water, a little box with tissue would be very appreciated.

The location is amazing. The host was also very friendly.

The room is a bit small , but I believe it’s ideal for visitors who want to discover the city.

It was clean and quiet near to public transport, markets and restaurants.
