Very Close to Taxim Square and to Public Transport . Hotel employees were good and helpful.

Too Small , No Elevator , very narrow Stars to go to room up stairs .A lot of noise from other rooms at night . Just not what I expected . Not recommended with Family .

The host was super friendly and engaging. The property was in a great location with a short walk to Istikal Street. The place was clean and had a good amount of space for two people. Wifi was really quick and the hot water shower was excellent!

The location is perfect for family and sole traveler and it is safe area and also they are a lot of restaurants coffee shops and convenient store just about few meters distance. It has great transport link eg train buses and tram and little walk to Kabataş ferry to and from princess island and Asia .

Nothing every thing is perfect except I wish you could have English tv channel or different channels like aljazera and kids channels and washing machine and cooking stove is little bit slow for cooking needs to improve.

Great value for money. Super clean. Big room with a character in a renovated old building. Quite at night. 5 minutes walk from the airport shuttle. All was excellent.

The best thing about the place for me was the staff - they were really friendly and a pleasure to meet.They were attentive to any requirements.The location was good, perhaps 6 minutes walk to Taksim Square.

The photos perhaps flatter the accommodation a little.Rooms need some slight updating and slight repairs to improve the interior to match advertised photos.No lifts to upper levels.

Calm place, good area, great staff. You just need 5 minutes to be in Taksim Square.I'll definitely recommend it.

Bathroom needs some renovation. Some cleaning on sofa would be nice.

Because of the earthquake we were afraid to travel and we had a correspondence with the Mort hotel representative, who reassured us and was readily available for any request or question sent to him. The rooms are charming, very clean and the attitude of the employees is above expectations. We highly recommend staying there. Although we did not have breakfast, but around the hotel there are many restaurants and cafes with great food. Also a supermarket. Convenient location and accessible to everywhere

It was close to Taksim square.

It was located in a narrow noisy and hidden street where it was impossible to get a taxi acording the receptionist. I had to carry with two heavy baggage.I couldnt sleep at all the first day. The main light it was impossible to turn it off. They supposely will fix it but the problem continue next day. They offer another room in 1st floor even worse because all the noises from the street. I just stayed in that room they cut off the main light and gave me a lamp. Not too much light but at least I could sleep.No elevator to a 3rd floor room.

Very good stay. Our expectations were exceeded. Very helpful staff. They even helped out by letting us borrow their Istanbulkart. Location is of course perfect. 7-8 min walk to the Havaist station, 5 mins to Taksim metro and Istiklal street. It is still relatively quiet. We came in August when it was very hot. But they have good air conditioning that got the room chilled within minutes. Good shower with good water pressure and hot/cold water as needed. I had an issue with the pillow the first night because it was a bit too large for my preference. The staff immediately gave me a pillow that was just perfect for my use. They also have utensils and cutlery available if needed. A fridge and a cooktop is also provided. Highly recommend.
