Great location. Friendly staff. Nice room. Good breakfast buffet.

Air conditioning got disconnected multiple times.

Everything was perfect, but the what impressed me most was the staff kindness. All staffs from this hotel are very gentil and polite. The room is very clean. Location is amazing, some of the attractions can easily reached by walk.

Location is excellent and very close to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. It only takes 5 minutes to blue mosque and <10 to Hagia Sofia and tram that can take you everywhere. It is close to the market where you can find everything. The staff and breakfast were excellent. The rooms were serviced daily.

The bathrooms were not clean. The main shower was not working. The toilet seat was loose. Kitchen was dirty. The skirtings on the room were broken with nails hanging off. It wasn't a hotel building. It was a house turned into hotel.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. They were quick to respond to my questions before arrival and during my stay. The breakfast was delicious, too! The major attractions (The Blue Mosque, the palace, etc.)are a short walk from the hotel.

The pillows are hard. I realize that's a small problem.

Hotel has excellent location. Just 2 minutes from Blue Mosque. We had excellent room with many windows. Staff was very friendly and gave valuable suggestions. Breakfast was very good. I recommend this hotel. We liked it a lot and will choose for our next trip to Istanbul

Hotel was in a great location. It was within walking distance of both Mosques, Topkapi, Cistern and Grand Bazaar. Lots of nearby restaurants. A few minutes walk to Sultanahmet Square. Great rooftop terrace where you can see the water. Friendly staff.

The hotel feels like home away from home, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and amazing terrace with lemon trees and flowers with views of the city and the see. Location is as central as can be, with a few- minutes' walk to all major attractions . We are definitely coming back!

The location is ideal for walking to the important sites in old town Istanbul.

The facilities could do with a bit of sprucing up and the breakfast was fine but more options would have been nice.

The location was perfect. Within easy walking distance to the main tourist sites of the old city, but also quiet and a lovely refuge when the crowds wore us out. The breakfast was incredible! So many unexpected food options. We felt spoiled. Finally, the roof top patio was stunning. Have coffee or a drink with a view of the Bosphorus was luxurious.

Location was on the main floor; Breakfast was prompt with a large variety of tasty choices; Room was professionally decorated and handy. Very soothing and comfortable.

We loved the whole setting. The staff were very helpful and eager to assist no matter what our request.

Friendly staff, great room, perfect/central location! Helped arrange airport shuttle, which was great (especially since we had an early morning flight) and they set us up perfectly for our baby (with a crib, extra sheets/blanket/towels - and they froze our ice packs for us so we could use them to keep our bottles cold on the flight the next day). They really helped us make the most out of our long layover in Istanbul!

It was within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was spacious. And the buffet breakfast was amazing. But the highlight was the staff, giving us lots of suggestions, always helpful and cheerful.

Showers had mold in it. Needs bleach and a deep scrubbing including the soap dispensers

The hotel (consisting of two buildings) is in a quiet area but close to all the beauties of Istanbul. Although small, the hotel is decorated with great taste and color. The roof terrace is a gem, and the view of the sea is spectacular. Breakfast is served in a chic place. The receptionist was very kind and reserved a parking space for us near the hotel. Even though we had a misunderstanding, the entire team tried to do their best to remedy the situation for the good of everyone. We hope to come again.

Good location, close to the Blue Mosque. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is OK. You can serve your own drinks on the toproof.

Difficult to find a parking spot,

Perfect location right next to the Blue Mosque. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety. Clean rooms, great service, and stunning view from the terrace.

The stuff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were very clean. Also the view from the rooftop was great!

The hotel could need some modernization (for example in the bathrooms, or the dryers).
