Erboy Hotel Istanbul Sirkeci

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was extremely comfortable, the location is perfect, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional.

Small tiny rooms and bathrooms too were cramped up

The location is very strategic and very close to tourists attractions. Apart from that the breakfast is awesome!We're travelling with the kids and we enjoy the most staying here in Erboy Hotel.

The lightning along the corridor when heading to the room little bit dark especially at night. It would be better if keep the the lights on.

The breakfast staff was hovering around too much and not very friendly…there were like four of them in an average space…it was kind of intense to eat in that atmosphere.

The concierge , Ms Egle , was great .She spent endless tie with us suggesting sights, restaurants , shopping and travel directions . Car service was arranged to and from airport . Complementary breakfast was Aries and good.. from 7-11

Hotel did not have washcloths..just bath and hand towels. No tiissues at all.

Location was very central for sight seeing in Istanbul.The hotel arranged a tour of the old city with one of the service providers.

I don't like the way they deal with me When I objected to one of the rooms overlooking an internal emergency staircase and the small size of the room, the receptionist's response was impolite and provocative.

I like absolutely everything in the hotel. it was clean, staff was very respectful, Dursun bey from the restaurant was extremely helpful and kind, breakfast was very delicious and rich. Rooms are very comfortable and large. No sound from next door rooms. it has a wonderful roof top restaurant on the terrace. It is really diffucult to find such a high-quality hotel in the central area for such an affordable price. I will definitely stay at this hotel during my next visit to Istanbul.

This hotel exceeded our expectations by providing such a high level of cleanliness, with staff always happy to support and available and best location near enough to public transport and far enough not to have noise of transport.

Egg types in breakfast can be improved by providing fried eggs, omelettes more than what they were providing.

The hotel is really good and the staff were helpful. Especially thank you to Beyza and Dursun in the restaurant during breakfast they were friendly and helpful always. Also reception team was helping us with all questions and requests. Location is perfect near to tram station and walking distance to most popular attractions.

It’s about the location it is really closer to most of the attractions. Since metro station is 2 mins a way all the other places can be accessed really easily. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They don’t have a iron in the hotel.

Location was good, breakfast was decent, and staff was friendly. When leaving I accidentally left my headphones, staff ran after the vehicle to return them - testament to their excellence.

Room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast had a wide variety of food to try - the different types of cheeses were delicious. The location was great as it was near to the main square of the Blue Mosque and Hajar Sophia. It was also close to the grand bazaar and the spice market.

The location of the hotel was good and the staff was very friendly. I appreciated the fact that they understood English.
