It has what you need to feel at home. Everything was running smoothly . Close enough to many places like kodikoy and kadkoy ferries to Bukuduya the big island.

Great big and nice rooms,nice views, amazing and courteous staff that speak English, hotel employee  a very kind concierge that assisted me with PCR tests, all the way to helping me with a game plan during my short stay as single woman felt safe.

Not at all, it was perfect! And I¿m coming back.

Nice and spacious room. Good breakfast.

It was far from everywhere. The garage parking was very tight. Better to park on the street. We got breakfast delivered to the room three times and each time was different setup/food and different price.

-had to wait for room even at 10 pm, check in process was almost 20 mins!-hotel is extremely outdated, old, especially rooms, there was hair in toilet, and not cleaned properly -bed is uncomfortable and pillows thin-rooms looks completely different in live than from pictures. Didnt expect to get room like that to be very honest. -i was upgraded by booking to double room, and i got still single one. -please avoid. Its not worth the money! Also there is absolutely nothing around

While having breakfast the guy called Firat was very friendly and made excellent service

I liked the Spa area, Swimming pool and the breakfast was beautiful.

It is very important that you know that it is far away from the main city of interest. It is a walk to a metro station but it takes time to get anywhere.

no one has come for 2 days to clean, no towels, no service and late hours I was listening to someones orgasm voice from next room, it was awful

The cleanliness could be a little improved, I noticed some beard hair in the bathroom.

Good breakfast. Affordable restaurant. Quiet room. Sauna. Nice staff.

15 mins away from restaurants and shops. Only reception speaks English. Bed is a bit soft for me. 2 lights had no light bulbs but staff installed them fast. Can't open window. Shower water pressure is low on the 9th floor. Weak wifi signal.

The hotel messaged me before my arrival to ask if I had any special requests, which I did, and they ensured everything was catered to, which was extremely helpful.

Dinner tastes ok.2 small bottles of free water per day.

Air condition locked. No wifi coverage in the room, only 1 elevator is on, and moving up and down with no logic, u need to wait 10min. For a request. Dirty carpets in the room and corridors. Very little choice in breakfast. No soundproof between the rooms, you hear each door closing noise in the same floor, each flushing and showers. The fridge is not working well. No minibar provided. Bad coffee in the room.

Personal of hotel in a restaurant don’t speak English- very complicated for explaining what do you need - they are don’t understand simple words like “water”, still water.
